I made a call to them on Sunday afternoon because our dishwasher broke. They were here Monday morning to fix it. They arrived when they said they would, and fixed the dishwasher fast. The gentleman who did the repair was very courteous and chatty, and explained exactly what the problem was, what he thought caused it, and what he did to repair it. I had an excellent experience with Atlas and feel like I found a company that I can trust.

We just had a terrible experience with this company. Here is what happened: The OWNER of the company shows up to take a look at our dishwasher because it has been leaking a lot of water while it runs. He walks in the door with a slight attitude right off the bat. He looked at the dishwasher and said right away«This isn’t a GE». We never said that it was. We said«It’s not. It’s a Frigidare, but a dishwasher is a dishwasher and you can fix it, I am sure.» He turns on the dishwasher and says right away«There is nothing wrong with this dishwasher.» We then said that you can’t diagnose the issue just by starting it. We told him to wait a few minutes and he will see. He then said«You got a problem or something?» I said«Yeah, I want you to do your job». He then said(which I cannot believe) «Do you want to take this outside?» He threatened us in our own home. We COULDNOT believe he said that and then got in our faces! We told him we were going to call the owner of the company and he said he WAS the owner(that’s how we found out it was the owner). From the start we received bad customer service when setting up the appointment but we didn’t hold that against the company at that point, as we all know customer service has gone to the wayside these days, but I have NEVER encountered anything like this with any company in my life. Threatening us in our own home? Never would I ever recommend this company to anyone.
