Fantastic experience. Ben was prompt and quickly helped me when I locked myself out of my house. This was at 10PM on a Saturday night. I Johnny recommend Ben for any of your locksmith needs.

I have to give credit for working hard to satisfy his customers. It took some time but he found the perfect solution to my mom’s screen door lock problem.
I learned his delayed was unavoidable and as soon as he was able he reengaged with me on our unfinished business and for that I am very appreciative.
My mother relayed to me that Ben was nice and respectful and he paid attention to his work until he finished. My mom doesn’t typically have kind words for strangers in her home so this was a big deal and a good endorsement of his professionalism.

I don’t usually write reviews unless they are exceptional. My set of keys including both my personal vehicles were stolen and I needed to change my locks as soon as possible. The dealership wanted to charge me nearly 600 dollars for each vehicle and the local locksmiths would not work on my vehicle till spring because it was too cold. I found Ben’s Locksmith Services on Google and was quoted a price that was much cheaper than the dealership and they actually come right out location to your vehicle. I met with Joe and he worked on my Nissan Versa and changed all my locks including the ignition which gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing my vehicle was secured again.
I was so impressed with his services I asked him to work on my Honda Accord and was quoted the same price as my Nissan Versa which was more than fair!!! Joe was friendly, methodical and process oriented keeping me constantly updated with options. I highly recommend Ben’s Locksmith Services. These guys are 100% legitimate and a fully mobile service that charges better than brick and mortar.

Great service! I called Ben after hours on a Sunday night. He arrived at the time he stated and repaired my broken door lock. Professional, courteous and honest. I got his name off of Unilocal with all the 5 star reviews and now I understand why… thanks Ben!

This guy is a class act. We had an appointment to meet so he could provide lock out service. Due to circumstances beyond my control I arrived at our designated meeting spot over an hour late. I called him when I got there and he returned to our designated meeting spot within 10 minutes. When this happened it was past 10 pm on a Friday night. Knowing I wouldn’t be able to find an alternate on short notice Ben could have easy told me I would have to pay double the initial price quote since he effectively had to show up twice. He did not do this, instead he provided service with a smile and honored the original price quote. When I paid him I tipped him well and we both walked away happy. He should call his business «Nice guy who charges fair prices and does excellent work locksmith service». I would recommend him without hesitation.

Ben’s Lock & Key was great. He answered the phone on a Saturday and was at our house in thirty minutes. My son locked us out of a room in our house and the locksmith was able to open it in minutes. Then he made us a key to the lock so my son couldn’t lock us out again. Great service. Friendly guy. He let my two boys follow him around and watch him make the key out of his truck.

Ben was a lifesaver! I was helping a friend of mine with a move in Haddonfield by taking things back and forth in her car when I accidentally used the wrong key in the ignition. It was an old key and snapped off in the ignition. I called Ben’s Lock & Key and Ben came out about 15 mins later, ON A SATURDAY. Great response time! He was incredibly polite and patient and after working diligently for about 45mins (long past the time that I had given up hope), he was able to successfully dislodge the broken key. He also never talked about having to replace anything or take the car anywhere. If that wasn’t enough, his fee was very reasonable and a fraction of what it would have been if the car had to be towed to a dealership/​mechanic! Ben earned every one of these 5 stars that day! I would strongly recommend him to anyone in the Cherry Hill area!

I was extremely satisfied with Ben’s service. My front door lock did not work, and he fixed it without having to replace the lock (or trying to convince me I needed a new lock for no reason). He only charged for the service call. I would use him again without hesitation.

Locked ourselves out of the house– no house or car keys. Ben was friendly, came in 15 mins, opened door for $ 89.
He advised us that other companies might say $ 15 on phone, then charge you hundreds. Just call this local & reputable company.

Our key broke in the lock the day we moved in. They had us back in the house in 20 minutes on a SUNDAY! Great service and very professional.

Ben just saved my life! I called him at 8:30am asking about my old Saturn key not turning in the ignition (a classic Saturn problem) and he said he could be there within the hour — I was not expecting that at all since it wasn’t an emergency but it was such a relief to have my problem be catered to so quickly!
Ben came right to me and was able to do everything from his van, within the hour I had 2 new keys in my hand that started the ignition with NO PROBLEMS!
I was so worried I would need an entirely new ignition or even steering wheel column, but Ben set all my worries and stress at ease at an incredible and extremely fair price– especially for coming right to me!

We used Ben to ‘tumble’ our existing locks (6 tubes in total) as we purchased our new home… Basically fit the old locks with new keys.
We called Ben as we were leaving settlement and he picked up right away and he was at our house withinh 35 mins. He worked quickly and the rate was really reasonable.

I lost my keys last week and I called «²⁴⁄₇ locksmith cherry hill» the girl on the phone said it would take twenty minutes to come, and the key starts at $ 80.
I’ve been waiting for two hours for the tech to show up and after all that waiting he asked me for 295 $ which I think is outrageous.
So I decided to shop around,
I called bens locksmith and I’m really happy that I did.
These guys came on time, did a quick job and charged me a fair price.

These guys really do a good job. I was working security at an elementary school in camden on a Friday night I got locked out the school and my keys were inside. I called pennsauken locksmith and they refused to send someone to me because it was dark and I was in camden, but bens did not hesitate. I showed them my identification and my id for the school as soon as the man arrived which only took about 20 minutes and he took a look at the lock. Before starting I was happy he told me how much it would cost and since the lock was a commercial lock it would be more but still the price was great. After having to drill through the lock he replaced it and made the lock use the same original key which I am so glad for everything looks the same way it did. Thank you guys.
