My family has been going to Body Physics for years — and we love it. When I lived in the area, I used to go to Jim for personal training — he’s great at getting me in shape, but also working with my own quirks and things I like to do. I get overheated pretty quickly, so Jim always turns down the thermostat when he knows I’m coming. One time I was so hot he just picked up weights and we went outside — snow in the parking lot and all and continued the session. He didn’t miss a beat. The first time I worked with him, he helped me take measurements and asked me my goals. Working with him and eating right(I’d bring in my food diary every week just to keep myself in check), I lost 19 pounds. This time around, I’m home for a few weeks before my wedding and just wanted to make sure I stayed in shape — and perhaps did some last minute toning on my arms. He’s gone out of his way to slot me in for sessions three times/week on a schedule that works for me. And before that, my parents told him I was working out and training to get in shape for the wedding, and he emailed videos of exercises I could do on my own in my house. In the few times Jim has been unavailable, he’s been able to set me up with another one of the trainers — Jared — who has been great. I know my family loves him, too. There is a third trainer who I haven’t had a chance to work with — but I walked in this morning and he was having a yoga session — so he’s versatile. Parking is easy — it’s in a shopping plaza that has plenty of free parking(the plaza also has a salon, dry cleaner and pizza place — though maybe skip the pizza before training). I wish I lived in the area so I could go back to coming here on a regular basis. I might even get brave enough to try out the boot camps. :) PS. If you have kids who like karate — this is also a great place for that.
