I went to Dharma Karma to get my eyebrows shaped yesterday and loved it! I am very particular about my thick brows and often go far too long without getting them done because I can’t find a place to shape them the way I like it. I like to keep them thick but with a well defined arch. When I walked out of Dharma Karma my brows were near perfect. She threaded my brows and it wasn’t as painful as other places I’ve gone for threading. And she was super quick there were a few other people ahead of me and my turn came up much sooner than I expected and I was out of there before I knew it. The woman who did my eyebrows was very nice and listen to me. It was a wonderful experience. I’ll certainly be back.

Myself and the ladies in my family have been coming here for years for eyebrow threading. Affordable prices. They do an excellent job and all of the ladies who work here are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend and will continue to visit.

Wow first time ever getting my eyebrows threaded and I love it!!! I kept reading a lot of reviews from different websites how it hurts, so I was hesitant at first, but when I sat down in the chair, I felt comfortable, the people were very nice and the threading didn’t hurt! Love it can’t wait to come back :)

This place has a little bit from each part of the beauty spectrum: Hair salon, hair removal, accessories, and even take home products.
I came here for the 7 dollar eyebrow threading and wasn’t disappointed. You dont have hold your brow in place the entire Time, which is nice. You also get to answer questions about shape, density, etc. The woman was fast, explained her shaping method and was about as painless/​painful as the other threading miracle workers I’ve had.
They are a bit pushy about signing in with an email address and have a $ 10 credit minimum. They slap the gel/​antiseptic on without asking and close at 7pm, but if I were in the area I would revisit for the expertly shaped brows.

Great service over all. Do a good job with eyebrows etc. Front desk is really nice too.
Giving 3 stars bcz made apt for hair salon side and was very disappointed. The lady there was not helpful in answering my a questions or concerns. Was very blunt and contradicting herself. Don’t think she understands not Everyone has the same hair type. I.e. thick thin fine curly straight. Washed hair n before Combing it Out. She started running a bristol brush through it. Even after asking her she continued to do it her way. My scalp was sore and red for 3 – 4 days! She didn’t help with me anything I asked about hair treatment or what conditioner etc tried telling me the Only place to buy a condition was this salon.
Again if you’re going here for regular routine stuff by all means I recommend it ! For hair treatments… Might want to consider another place unfortunately

I just had my eyebrows threaded this Friday by Juri, not only do my eyebrows look Awesome, but that was one of the best, most pain free threading experiences that I have ever had. Threading doesn’t normally hurt, but I have experienced discomfort in the past that would make my eyes tear up, not this time! She was professional, fast, thorough and absolutely pain free + awesome eyebrows.

Great business. Fast, professional threading. A staple in my monthly routine.

Love getting my eyebrows threaded here. Never have waited for more than 10 minutes for someone to see me, and I am in and out so quick! They so a great job, and their prices are so reasonable.

Nice place to get eyebrows threaded. Threading can be painful but here the process is smooth with barely any pain from plucking. They do an exceptional job and the prices are reasonable.

I was told that the deep conditioning treatment included blow dry. But, when I went there and got the conditioning done, surprise ! They would charge $ 15 extra for blow dry ! So, just make sure you double check !

These girls are great! They can make horrendous eyebrows look perfect! I will recommend them to all of my friends!

Eyebrow threading:
Pros: Quick. Inexpensive ($ 7). Precise. Walk-​ins welcome.
Cons: Didn’t feel like my wants were listened to in regards to thickness of brows desired.
I will definitely be back to try again for the thickness that I want. I really am looking forward to trying their other services that they have, facials and mendhi.
I haven’t visited Dharma Karma in about two years. I went without an appointment, and asked if I could get my eyebrows threaded. I was immediately brought back into the chair for threading. I explained to Amy that I had been growing out my eyebrows because I want them thicker, and I didn’t want them too thin. She didn’t really look too interested in what I was saying though. She was quick, but when it came to look at my finished eyebrows, they were not as thick as I wanted them. I said thanks, but there was really nothing to do to make them thicker – can’t put the hair back on! She did a nice job with the threading, but I really wanted them a bit thicker. There was another client that came in to see her towards the end of my threading, that I did feel like she was trying to rush me out to get her in. Maybe she had an appointment scheduled, if that’s the case, I would have totally been fine waiting until after that time so my threading wasn’t completely rushed.
When I used to go 2+ years ago, I was satisfied, so I look forward to coming back and trying again.

Came in to get my eyebrows done. I have done both waxing and threading throughout the years. If someone doesn’t know what they are doing, you can get cuts from threading or it can be painful… so I was a bit hesitant about switching from waxing. They were extremely friendly and defiantly knew what they were doing and it was much less painful than other places. I wish I knew about this place sooner. I will be back. My brows look perfect. Saw they also have a great list of facials so looking forward to trying those as well. Plus they take walk-​ins for threading so that was a big plus. Also they have a great selection of accessories.

Cute little spot in Mt. Laurel/​Marlton area. The lady there does a great job. Its quick and painless. However i think she just does what she thinks will look good on me and not really «listen» to what im asking for. Ive been there twice and both times ive said «not too thin» but then i leave with my eyebrows thin :/​they look good just not a fan of being too thin…

I just moved to the area and needed a good reliable threading salon. Dharma Karma was very fast and as painless as threading can be. I definitely recommend Amy to anyone that needs an experienced and friendly threader!

I actually came here because of fellow Unilocalers. I was tired of plucking my eyebrows and needed a good olé’ shape up. The women were very sweet and super fast.
Fair warning, the actual threading hurts! It feels like plucking times ten! I’m used to waxing but whoa baby this is something else. I wish I kind of got a bit of a warning, because I wouldn’t have worn mascara that smeared once I started to tear up. So, if you cry getting your eyebrows waxed (involuntarily of course) then don’t come here with makeup or else you will look like a red sad clown.
The whole process though took less than 10 mins. My eyebrows looked very nice and arched, I got so many compliments on them! I did however find a couple of dark stray hairs a day or two later so I’m coming back when they look ratchet. The fine hair started to grow back about three weeks after I got mine done but just a quick pluck and they look good as new! My eyebrows grow back fast so this was super easy.
Note to all you credit/​debit people. The minimum is 10 so if you’re like me and just got the 7 dollar eyebrows (great price by the way!!) I would get your lip or chin done if you’re a little fuzzy. Or, get yourself a cute pair of earrings.
Kind of wish that the clothing store was sectioned off more from the salon part. A bit of confusion going in. That’s my only real critique.

Updating my review and can’t believe I’ve been coming to Dharma Karma for 3 years! No one threads like this place! I’ve always been happy with my eyebrows when I come here. Plus the ladies working here are super sweet! They offer salon services as well as threading and my mom had an Indian head massage here and she loved it.

Excellent and fast service! The store is lovely and the women who work there are friendly.
I got my brows threaded and upper lip waxed for only $ 12 plus tip. And since that was such a pleasant suprise, I bought a pair of earrings!
I will definitely use this place from now on!

Dharma Karma is a good place to get your eyebrows threaded. The girls are fast and efficient. You’d never know they were a beauty salon when you first walk in though because they have many different types of merchandise like clothing, jewelry, knick knacks etc available for sale when you enter the store. The treading and salon are located in the back of the store. Not to say that the items for sale aren’t cute, because there are some nice things, but I go for the treading, which by the way, is only $ 7
