I am writing this on behalf of my father.
The doctor has too many patients and a very cold bedside manner. Receptionist is rude and never does what she promises. My father was a patient there for almost 10 years and thought he was good but did not know any better. His office cares more about the doctors convenience than the patients. Sad really even his
score has him at below average.
Even after all these years at his last visit in July he asked if he was a new patient. WITH my DAD’S FILE IN HIS HANDS. That just shows he never even looked at it before he saw us.
I am also dissapointed in his attitude towards blood work. He forgot to order bloodwork prior to his last visit and when followed up on the receptionist got very nasty and said it will have to wait until next July which would be almost 2 years since the last workup. he is on 7 different meds some of which are known to potentially damage the liver.
Just choose a doctor who at least takes the time to reveiw a patients files and treats you like an adult and not just a piece of paperwork.
