Gymnastics & Cheerleading Academy

My children have attended summer camp here as well as gymnastics during the year for several years. They love the camp. The counselors are personable and make them feel special. My one very quiet child has been able to come out of her shell a bit at this camp. I really appreciate the smaller feel and more individual treatment they receive here. I chose to send them to this camp over a larger camp in the area since it is much closer and has that individualized touch. I am not a gymnastics expert but my children really seem to enjoy the classes during the year and I have nothing bad to say about them.

I have two kids in camp for the second year and we couldn’t be happier. They swim twice a day, do sports (they love gaga!), gymnastics and come home with some AWESOME arts and crafts projects! I love that when it’s too hot or it’s rainy they have the huge indoor space so the kids can still get their energy out.
I love that the started offering catered lunch. It’s reasonably price and a good option for me when I know I’m going to be rushed. We haven’t taken advantage of it yet but it’s nice to know I have the option!
The staff is super helpful and approachable and my kids come home happy. That’s enough to make me happy!

My daughter attended here for 18 months, did well and progressed to pre-​team. They need to get their business act together fast. Front desk help is abysmal and rude. They know NOTHING. EVERY time I call I“m asked to call back at another time. What about taking a message and having your staff contact the customer??? Communication with parents is virtually non-​existent. there is no excuse for that in this day and age. I decided to overlook these things because my daughter was enjoying it but I can only take so much.
Coaches are just ok but one needs some serious improvement in people skills. Berating 7 year olds is NOT OK. There is a LOT of wasted time on the gym floor, disorganization, girls standing around waiting for turn, too many girls in each group.
I convinced my daughter to try another local gym. The front desk staff and coaches were friendly, informative and knowledgeable about their business (go figure!). My daughter flat out refused to go back to Cherry Hill after seeing how much better it could be.
Think twice about things. There are red flags are there for a reason.

So far not impressed. I tried to call 3x to pay for my daughters gymnastics class and got the run around that I need to call back. The last time I called the woman told me she needed to call me back after she finishes her sandwich. If I decide to still send my daughter, I hope the class is better than the customer service. Very disappointed so far.
