Wow — what a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Hong Kong Fusion has now replaced Han Dynasty as our favorite Chinese restaurant in Cherry Hill. We liked the décor which is somewhat elegant, and the upbeat piano jazz music that was playing. First, some crunchy noodles were brought to our table with 2 small containers of sauces — spicy mustard, and sweet duck. The noodles were light and very crispy, not heavy and oily like we’ve experienced elsewhere. We started with spring rolls which were hot and crispy and nicely flavored. For our entrees, I ordered the honey walnut shrimp which consisted of a generous serving of large battered shrimp that were coated in a creamy, mildly sweet honey sauce and then each shrimp was topped with a candied walnut. It was served with steamed broccoli and was sublime. Hubby ordered the grilled Norwegian salmon which came in a slightly spicy brown sauce with mixed vegetables. The fish had a nice, crispy exterior and was perfectly cooked on the inside. Hubby just raved about it. We also ordered the Szechuan string beans which were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of spice. For dessert, we both got the baked ice cream — yes, baked not fried — which prompted us to ask the waitress how they do that without melting the ice cream. Apparently they have a special oven for this that cooks at a very high temperature so the ice cream is only in there for a moment. The ice cream was delicious — nice and crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Note that they have a banquet room for those who need to rent it for large parties. They also have jazz banquets so check their web site for information on that. Service was attentive and friendly and not rushed, which we appreciated and we felt the prices were fair for the quality of food. We will definitely be back!

thank you so much for the great food and excellent service when we were there on saturday 2÷6÷16, with a party of 10, for a birthday dinner. food was fresh and perfect as always and service was top notch. they even kept the birthday cake we brought in the fridge to keep the frosting from melting… AND brought us out ice cold plates when it was time to serve it. i don’t understand the bad reviews but to each their own. for those who are used to regular corner store chinese food… if that’s what you want, this isn’t for you. this food is, as their name says is chinese«fusion» which takes it up a few notches — nothing’s greasy because what’s not cooked on the stovetop is cooked in convection ovens. i love this place. prices are well worth the quality of food and the people working there couldn’t be any nicer and appreciative of your business. i keep coming back here because i’ve never had anything i didn’t like at this place.

I recommend this restaurant to absolutely every one I encounter. My friends who are foodies have tried it and rave over the quality of their meals. Peter, the owner, is so pleasant and always welcomes you with a great smile. You really get more value for your dollar. If I could, I would eat here every day.

Food is horrible. I asked for extra spicy and everything tasted sweet. Also extremely overpriced, would not order from here again.

Dined in here last night. Great atmosphere and great food! Very good service as well. They have a great selection of teas you can get for the table. We didn’t order any, but one of the patrons kept coming by to sample the different varieties. Back to the food, they do an amazing job at perfecting Asian cuisine. This is nothing like the take out place that’s down the road from your house. This is well crafted and real Chinese. I ordered the szechuan chicken and string beans. Delicious. Strong and tasty flavor with fresh veggies. I’ll be sure to come back here again.

If you want greasy, Panda Express-esqe Chinese food, do not come here. This is Chinese cuisine not just food. I started with steamed pork dumplings. Eat these if you want a huge delicious flavor exploding on your taste buds. Then I ordered the Orange Chicken with a side of mixed Veggies. Be for warned the portions are HUGE. I believe this resturant is meant to be «family» style. The meal was delectable. I would definitely come back here!

Back for the second time. I just love this place. Shrimp dumplings are amazingly crispy toasted. Not fried in any way just crisped to perfection. Mongolian lamb out of this world. They take the time to trim the meat so it tastes like ribeye but as tender as a filet. The fried rice, absolutely amazing! The jasmine they use is the perfect consistency flavored and seasoned perfectly. By far the best Asian food I’ve ever had. And the owner is terrific really cares about his craft. Get in here now!

If you like small portions, ordinary food and lots of annoying hovering from the owner… Go here. When you order a shrimp and scallop dish and get two shrimps and two scallops for a big price that’s over sauced… And a small bowl of rice that’s nowhere near enough for five people. Very cheap over priced and terrible service. Watch out. Never again.

The Shanghai soup dumplings were outstanding. The sesame shrimp was some of the best shrimp we’ve ever had. It was crispy delicious jumbo shrimp. Some soup was executed perfectly. We sampled two different tees both wonderful. My wife especially loved them. We finished with the baked ice cream. Which was phenomenal.

This place was amazing. The service was great and the food was terrific. Each item was better than the other. The owner even came out and explained to us about the tea and did a small tea ceremony. It was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to everyon!

We have been stopping in Hong Kong Fusion 1 – 2 times per month for some time now during lunch. The food is always consistently very good and so is the quality of the ingredients. The restaurant is fairly elegant for a strip mall and is a spotlessly clean space. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. The lunch menu changes from time to time and there is a good variety of choices without being overwhelming. The dishes range from Chinese, Thai and Japanese, all somewhat fusion dishes. The lunch specials come with a choice of soups and also white, brown or fried rice. Hong Kong Fusion is also trying to set itself apart from a typical Chinese restaurant. They offer some interesting desserts and exotic teas. Hong Kong Fusion also runs Jazz nights and wine tasting nights.

Small little family-run restaurant. The food is amazing, well prepared, and delicious. The prices are very decent, especially for this area. Service is very quick and courteous! We found this place by accident, but we will definitely be back!

This place is horrible. You’re probably better off ordering from a to go place. The food is heavily sauced to cover how unfresh the meats are. There is little to none cooking skillin the dishes. There is nothing«Hong Kong» about this restaurant, not the food, atmosphere nor the workers. Poorly named or extremely poor imitation if you ask me.

The staff is very friendly and the prices are great. They have these spicy pepper things(not the technical term) that add to the experience of tasting food/alcohol. Really good scallion pancakes and frog legs.

Very rarely do my fellow Unilocalers let me down, but this is one of the rare few. I ordered a general tsao’s lunch special with fried rice and wonton soup and despite my hunger, I had to chuck this out. The rice was just wrong. It was like jasmine rice with soy sauce. Even the egg in the fried rice tasted off. Cold peas and carrots. Disgusting. The general tsao’s had zero spice, and for some reason the chef thought that orange/lemon juice was needed. The broccoli tasted like a sour orange. Gross. And the wonton soup was blah. The wontons itself were fine, but the broth was hideous. Not a single piece of pork and little thin onion looking slices all over that just didn’t belong. Im starving and I can barely eat this and I paid 8.50 for it. Basically to sum up my experience, you know that Ford commercial, where they have the sweet or sour chicken. Yea that’s about how I feel right now.

Super awkward service. Lots of hovering and attempts to sell more items to us turned me off. I didnt hate the place, I really want to LOVE it. I really enjoyed the food. We had the juicy dumplings and fried crab wontons to start. For the ten of us, it wasn’t really enough, but the taste was good and the presentation was simple and pretty. I got the beef chow fun. I loved how the rice noodles got a little crispy on the edges but still remained soft and noodley in the middle. Noodley is a word. I would consider coming back to try some of their more spicy options, but maybe I should stick to take out.

It was a bit of a hike and I really hate NJ no left turns, but the trip to HK Fusion was worth it. The host(possibly owner) was really cute and friendly. He recommended that we order Shanghai juicy dumplings. So delicious. We also ordered Red Thai Curry Tofu, spicy and flavorful, and the tofu was fried with a slight crispy coating. The House Special Chow Fun was also good with a variety of meats on flat, wide noodles.

This has to be one of the best Chinese Restaurants I’ve been to. Serving up food that is far less oily & ‘junky’ than your standard Chinese Food affair, everything I’ve had here is by far terrific. Admittedly, they do use a bit more sauce than I’d like, but the food still feels wholesome & homemade. If you do go here, be sure to get the Baked Ice Cream and be sure to eat in. The Baked Ice Cream is their unique take on the typical Tempura/Fried Ice Cream, and it is a very sweet, yet light, desert.
