Fast, efficient, and super polite. They escort you to the waiting area and let you look over the pricing menu. They check you in and review your options in the beginning. Then they will go over everything they did and recommendations at the end. Coupons are available on the website and I received a coupon for my next visit. Also, the front desk woman looked up how to reset my service light!

Crazy fast and effecient. Couldn’t have asked for better help! Went in they explained the oil change options, took my car and before I knew it they were done. Even broke down my bill and showed me what they did. Good service guys!

This is the BEST Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been. The staff is courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all the different services they were recommending and didn’t make me get anything I wasn’t comfortable with. The staff even alerted me to an issue with a hose to the engine and helped me order the right part to replace. I couldn’t recommend this place any more!!! Excellent customer service doesn’t even give this establishment justice. They are phenomenal!

Great service! No appointment necessary, they got me in right when I pulled up! The whole staff was super friendly and (seeing that I’m a girl), they explained everything in detail and didn’t try to take advantage by getting me to pay anything more. Also they honored a $ 10 off coupon that I found online !
You get a lot with the $ 36.99 oil change too!

I like this particular Jiffy Lube because the staff is nice and courteous and they do really great work. I travel to Cherry Hill because the Jiffy Lubes in Philly are staffed with rude, ghetto people. Worth the drive.
