First off I was skeptical because I knew my house was old and needed a BUNCH of things done to bring it up to snuff so to speak. My house is 86 yrs old and when we bought it, it was an «as-is» sale. The windows are those old ones where they have the weight in the molding. My roof has moss growing and streaking. We have old siding but the husband likes that and refused me in getting it fixed. We had someone knock on our door but we weren’t home so they left a flyer on my door. We had the salesrep come out and we already figured on a true salesman-y pitch to get us to buy and how they were gonna give us the song and dance; but it wasn’t like that. They sat down with us and asked us a bunch of questions like what we wanted, what mattered most, what we thought we could afford. It felt like they were actually helping us instead of trying to sell us the most expensive thing at their«lowest price». We ended up fixing the windows because those were the oldest and would help cut the heating and AC bill since we still have oil heat.(TOLDYOUDINOSAURHOUSE!) Now we have brand new windows which totally update the house, and we are on a pretty affordable financing plan. I am on the referral program so I have been telling everyone to buy through Nu Look so I can make some of that money back as payments! Overall very surprised with the whole experience not what I was expecting. in a good way!
