Starbucks

I was really excited that they FINALLY built a Starbucks for the Jersey to Philly commuters down route 38. For years driving to high school and now medical school, there was only a gross Dunkin donuts. I stopped here this AM and was pleased with this Starbucks. It has a drive through for the days you feel really lazy. The interior is cozy, with a few high tables, couches, and a gorgeous long wood table, perfect for communal studying. The wait for my drink was longer than I had expected, but that was due to the flurry of drive through orders they were filling. Next time I will order ahead on my app! For the location and interior of the place, 4 starts is warranted!

Starbucks in the Cherry Hill mall is very hit or miss. They’re either empty or the line is so long it extends out of the entrance to the Macy’s it’s located in. Due to the stand’s small size, there are probably 3 – 4 employees working at the maximum. But even with 2 on the register and 2 behind the counter it’s not enough to accommodate the business of this location. Also, the space where customers wait to order and wait to pick up their order is cramped. It’s not uncommon for people to resort to standing outside of the Macy’s and try to listen carefully if their name is called, rather than elbowing strangers in the ribcages just to wait for a frappuccino. The drink taste like any other Starbucks. The baked goods are usually fully stacked and the employees are very helpful and nice. I give them props for being able to serve their coffee with a smile given the factors that make this location inefficient. I believe the mall would benefit greatly if they simply opened up a large independent Starbucks store within the mall.

I like this Starbucks sometimes and then others I don’t. There are good days and bad, but there have been problems sometimes with orders and sometimes the customer service isn’t up to par with the others that I have been to. A few times my girlfriend was given and attitude and one of the cashiers rolled their eyes at her with her snotty attitude. I haven’t had many problems I stopped in today and the barista, who was a older gentleman, made my drink was very friendly and is always offering other items to go with my drink. My drinks were always made well and I never had a problem, I know some people have had problems with yeh cashiers and I can’t say personally I have had a problem. Good place to stop and grab a coffee, certain people make drinks good and others have made them not so well, give them a shot, love to read reviews!

Everytime I go to cherry hill mall, I always stopped by the Starbucks that’s inside of Macy’s. Today being the few times I went, I’ve always seem to have bad experience with the cashier. The cashier always seem to have an attitude problem and always giving me weird looks. They must be racist towards Asian people. I gave it a two stars because the person that were making the coffee is always nice and very polite. Don’t ever want to go to this starbuck again.

Cool employees that work quickly and efficiently. Definitely one of the best Starbuck’s I’ve been to.
