Strayer University – Cherry Hill Campus

I was checking out Strayer University online and chose to give them my contact information. I was interested in speaking with someone about previous credits, etc. Well, they have been worse than vacation time-​share callers! First call — told the young man I was working, not a good time. The next day — a young lady, told her I was working please call during lunch. No call back. Then five other calls early in the morning, 9pm at night, etc. When I answered the phone the next time, I asked to be placed on the Do Not Call list. They had pissed me off and had interrupted my time enough. Now this was well over 30 days ago. I got another call today, at 11am, during business hours. I calmed explained I did not want any more phone calls from Strayer. The caller caught an attitude with me and told me about the 30 days to remove from the list. Any interest I might have had in Strayer has been ruined by their poor communication and record keeping within the potential student department. Do yourself a favor, just let them mail you a brochure. Don’t give them other ways to contact you! Just plain annoying and unprofessional. Period.
