Hands down quickest customer service. Thanks to Jun my Verizon experience has been a good one. He always knows exactly how to help me with my phone and answers all my questions. I’ll continue to look for him every time I stop by.

My sales guy was great! It was the rest of the workers! My husband and I qualified for our upgrade and I told them he would be coming in the next day to pick up his Galaxy Edge. They even set it aside for him. When my husband came in to pick it up they stated his upgrade didn’t cover this phone(mind you he had a Galaxy Note). They actually told him that I lied to him and sent him storming out of the store. WEWILLNEVERGOTOTHISVERIZONAGAIN! We immediately called another Verizon store in the area(on Haddonfield Road) and that store could not believe they wouldn’t give my husband the upgrade. Now that store had amazing customer service. Save the headache and go to the one on Haddonfield Road. Not this Verizon who apparently has no clue what customer service is.

This evening I worked with Samantha to replace my wife’s Iphone 5 which just broke yesterday. Samantha was great to work with — even though we showed up 10 minutes prior to closing she was very patient with us and didn’t rush us one bit. She helped us understand the differences with the new Iphones and gave us time to decide without any pressure. This was by far the best cell phone purchase experience I’ve had.
