Under impressed w/the take out ‘spread’ that was bought for our office. The chicken salad was meh, the pitas were okay, the hummus, too salty and the salad was just okay. With perusing other reviews, I was quite disappointed. I think I’d like to try Zoe’s right at the restaurant but now am not as excited about going. (Sorry for us both!)

Fresh, tasty food: quick. Not mind-blowing, but if you’re looking for a solidly good, casual bite on par with Panera, Chipotle, etc. Zoe’s is a great contender for food that’ll leave you without that fast food sluggishness. I got the hummus trio. Basil pesto hummus is unique and worth trying. Red pepper hummus has a surprising, nice kick. Every hummus was creamy, but I also felt it was lacking Something… I’ve just had better, but that’s not to say Zoe’s is bad – far from. It’s fresh tasting, creamy, and hummus-y. The pita is what I found disappointing. It reminded me of the average Konto’s pita you can get at the grocery store… I was expecting something a little better. The place is very clean and comfortable; welcoming staff. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll probably debate between Panera and Zoe’s.

I have been wanting to come here for a few months. One of the Unilocal events were held by Zoe’s kitchen and all of my friends on here said nothing but good things. They commented on how clean and pleasant the experience was and I have to say they were accurate. The ambience is casual. You walk up to order like a fast food place but that’s where the comparison ends. They have wraps and salads but me and Kate had our eyes set on the shrimp and steak entrees. I ordered the steak and she got the shrimp. The steak entrée came with roasted potatoes and seasoned veggies with 2 kabobs of steak. Kate’s meal came with rice, Greek salad, pita and shrimp kabobs. We both loved the food. The best thing was the feeling you got post meal. You didn’t feel like you just guzzled a pint of heavy cream after you ate. You felt satisfied and light. It was the best feeling, loving your meal and also not being tied to guilt. Wish Zoe’s Kitchen was closer. We both said we would love to come back.

Not bad for quick Mediterranean food. Counter service. I tried the live med salad and the greek salad with chicken. The live med salad was a little different than what I was used to. Not bad, but not sure that I would hurry to order it again. Thin strips of zucchini and squash in the salad with some beans. The greek salad was pretty good. I didn’t really know what to expect with the potato salad in there, as I have never seen a greek salad prepared this way before. It definitely added to the salad. The flavor was good. I liked the warm pita that was served with everything, we got an extra order as well. I appreciate the focus on offering water, and not making you feel like a cheap ass for wanting to drink water rather than soda. Not bad at all. A good alternative to other fast/healthy restaurants.

Omg I love the steak/salmon kabobs!!! My absolute favorite place to go. It’s so healthy and yummy just because you can taste all the flavor in the food. I love this place so much. Also, the staffs are so friendly. Most of the time I go, Kelly always take my orders. One of the sweetest staff ever. I definitely recommend this place.

First time there last night. Stopped to pick up take out. The girls at the counter were very helpful on what to order for a first timer. They recommended the kabobs & to get one chicken & one steak. Got the«potato salad» & Greek salad. They gave me a complimentary order of pita & hummus for being a new customer which was cool. Got home & opened the containers(got the same order x 2) & all the kabobs were steak. No big deal but the steak was so chewy it was almost difficult to eat. The«potato salad» is actually roasted potatoes(no mayo) which were pretty good. The Greek salad was good. The hummus(got the roasted red pepper) was really good. It was overall a decent meal. I will give the place a 2nd try but will not order the steak again.

Ordered takeout on a Friday night and I was delighted to find that everything was so delicious, and presented so well. We ordered the following: Salmon Kabob entrée-so delicious, that even my 4 year old(who isn’t a fan of fish) loved the salmon. The greek salad on the side is always fresh and delicious and their dressing is the best greek dressing you’ll ever have. Steak Kabob entrée-my husband ate all of it and said he wouldn’t mmd eating it again, which is always a good sign for a picky eater. I tried his potatoes and broccoli and they were seasoned very well. Hummus-we all love hummus, and Zoes is very good. Chocolate chip cookie-fresh out of the oven and melted in my mouth. It was soo delicious. This will definitely be my go-to spot when I want something quick and healthy.

Must try for everyone… The steak kabobs are amazing. Also it is B.Y.O.B I had the chicken salad sandwich and it was one of the best that I have had

Not bad, but I found my sandwich(steak stack) to be rather underwhelming. Everything seemed fresh and tasted fine, but the name«steak stack» brought to mind a thick well portioned handheld delight. When it arrived, that was just not so. Perhaps 50% of the sandwich actually included meat, and some of it included nothing but bread. Potato salad was pretty good, and we also had the hummus appetizer which was pretty good.

Very flavorful with a fresh take on faster food. I thought the menu was great. The place had plenty of room and slightly self service which was fine. I ordered the salad and hummus plate with the pesto hummus. The pesto definitely elevated the flavors of the hummus! I loved it but don’t think I can eat it in large quantities. I gulped down half of my portion size immediately though. Worth a try if you are in the area!

This is the second time I have been to Zoës Kitchen and after this visit they have more than earned my loyalty and a repeat visit. Let’s start with their marketing and philosophy. «Live More Live Mediterranean.» Such a brilliantly simple and effective mantra and they pull it off quite well. It is often difficult when leading a fast paced or restrictive lifestyle to find nutritious, beautiful and delicious food on the go. Achieving the balance of finding fresh flavors, allergen friendly, fast and yummy is a near impossibility in many neighborhoods. The restaurant is counter service but they do bring the food to you and clear your table and even though they are making things fresh, the wait is far less than at a sit down restaurant. Today my love and I sat outside on a warm early March afternoon and enjoyed a much needed break from the monotony of a cooped up winter. I had the new Rosemary Ham & Mozzarella Piadina. When I ordered the sandwich I wasn’t expecting much more than a basic flatbread because truthfully, I have no idea what the heck a Piadina is or what to expect. All I can say now, having eaten the entire thing without mind you a photo because it was so tasty, is that you, you reading this, if you are near Zoës Kitchen, you, go there and eat now. Order and eat and be happy =) For my sandwich, the Rosemary is already a great pairing with ham but the star was the zing in their calabrian pepper aioli. The aioli adds the perfect balance and lip smacking zippiness to an already savory and flavorful sandwich. I still don’t know exactly what a Piadina is but it looks like a pita/flatbread/roti type of bread and has a nice texture and chew. I think I am a wee bit obsessed with this bread and could totally eat it up all by itself. In fact, I’m gonna go google a Piadina recipe now!

Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. We went for the first time last night and really enjoyed it. It’s definitely very casual. They even gave us a free hummus appetizer for being new customers. I would definitely recommend it.

I haven’t given a restaurant 5 stars in quite awhile, but after coming to Zoe’s Kitchen for the first time today, there’s nothing I don’t like about it. The space is clean and inviting. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. I ordered the chicken salad after the person behind the counter gave me a taste of it when I had concerns about what the ingredients were. It’s straight up chicken lightly mixed with mayo, salt, pepper and finely diced celery. That’s it! I asked for mine to be served on sourdough because I’m not a big fan of grainy, nutty breads and theirs is usually served on a 9 grain bread. The second I started eating the sandwich, I let out an audible Mmmmm. Then I went in on the potato salad that I chose as my ‘fresh’ side. It was awesome. Big chunks of potato lightly dressed in mayo with scallions and spices. So basic, but tasted anything but basic. It was the first lunch that I’ve have throughly enjoyed in weeks. It was fresh and tasty. The vibe in the place was positive too. Everyone was chill, the music playing overhead a different and pleasing to my ‘tired of top 40′ ears! Zoe’s will definitely see me again and again in the future!

Awesome place to eat for Greek food. We started with the hummus trio which was very fresh and awesome flavor. I had the steak kabobs which were seasoned perfectly and the portion was dinner size. My wife had the tossed Greek salad with potato salad mixed in instead of pasta salad she said its was awesome. Found a new great place to eat. Will definitely be back hope they bring a location to Burlington County NJ.

Lately, this is my new go to spot when it comes to fast, quick and healthier eating. Healthier doesn’t mean bland at Zoes. The steak kabobs as a small dinner entrée along with two sides was my favorite entrée so far. They allow for substitutions on the side dish. The sandwiches are a good lunch choice. I like the chicken salad sandwich or tuna salad pita although my partner wasn’t sold on them. He did find think they were too basic. I dig the potato salad, although there isn’t any mayo or creamy taste. The key to Zoes isn’t as much on ‘fancy’ or ‘plentiful’ plates with tons of leftovers. I like the in and out vibe. Our meal was just over $ 20. The food is more of a 3 but the desserts bring it up a little more on the rating. Added bonus is the outdoor patio.

Truly love this place even though they messed up my order twice this past week. Still a great place. Get it once or twice a week and always amazing. Best thing that happened to cherry hill. Chicken kabobs are to die for and the cookies are even better. Strongly request trying it out if you haven’t!

Great spot for some Greek food on the fly! Zoe’s is sort of an upscale fast food restaurant where you place your order at the counter and they’ll serve you at your table. We only waited about 5 minutes for them to serve our party of 3. Hummus Platter: You get 3 varieties: spicy red pepper, original, and a basil pesto. I’d say that my favorite was the basil pesto. Great flavor with a smooth/creamy consistency like Sabra. Greek Chicken Pita: Chicken, LT, caramelized onions, and feta in a pita pocket. It was OK. It was a little bland to me, but I dumped on some Greek dressing which made it a little better. Greek Salad: One of the best I’ve had. So many good ingredients. They even throw in some chicken and pasta salad for good measure.

Extremely well-priced, good quality food. Friendly staff and a nice, clean environment. The sides that come with the kebabs are a bit inconsistent, so make sure you read carefully. I think you can swap them around as well. The salmon is absolutely unbelievable. Chicken was great, too. Very highly recommended if you’re in this area!

Very happy with my choice to try Zoe’s kitchen tonight. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. You have to try the pesto hummus it is fantastic. Not what you would expect from a chain group of restaurants very high-quality Mediterranean food.

Had lunch there today. I was not impressed by the menu overall. I ordered chicken kabobs based on other positive Unilocal reviews. They were okay but not great. The chicken was dry. They put feta cheese on almost everything, including my rice pilaf. And to top it off, they served me a rotten tomato face up, cut in half.

It’s just plain good. Greek food is one of my favorites. It’s literally the food of the Gods. lol Everything tastes so fresh and healthy. Zoes is no exception. My shrimp kabobs were PHENOMENAL. I’m not sure what exactly I was expecting based on others reviews, but wow. They were PERFECTLY cooked, and they were FRESH. If these suckers had ever been frozen I would be shocked. They were so good I was turning my head so no one would see me suck the shells.(Don’t judge me, I lived in New Orleans.) The grilled zucchini was nice and charred and SPICY!, which I was not expecting, but I don’t mind a lil kick being from the south so I enjoyed that. But if you don’t like spicy food… watch out for that! I was NOT expecting it at all! lol The cucumber sauce was divine. It complimented the shrimp beautifully and really just accented the whole dish.(And really helped to cool down those zucchini!) The side greek salad was perfect. Loved the extra bottles of dressing, but ESPECIALLY loved the pepper grinders on the tables. Wish all restaurants did this. I love fresh cracked pepper on everything. lol(But honestly, nothing needed to be seasoned and didn’t need any extra dressing.) The pesto hummus was incredible. My husband will not TOUCH hummus. Baby vomit he says. I’ve NEVER seen him eat it since I’ve known him. But he loves Pesto. TA-DA! CONVERT! *yay* Now I can finally get him to try other types of hummus and I can FINALLY order hummus again. Oh how I have missed hummus. The pita was so soft and warm like little pillows to scoop up copious amounts of hummus. I just wish they had given more pita. I was happy to get extra pita with the entrée. I used that to eat the leftover hummus. Not a chance in the world that was getting left behind. I’m sure my husbands meal was good too. It was the Mediterranean chicken. He said it was good, and he ate every last bite of it. I did try the white beans which were VERY tasty. I love white beans. I love pretty much all beans.(again, its a southern thing. lol) But I was so involved in my shrimp kabobs that aliens could have invaded outside and I would have never even noticed. We will be back. A lot. I’ll update my review and if they stay consistent will definitely be adding a star. :)

I’ve been here a number of times over the past few months it’s been open, I’ve tried a few things on the menu, always to-go, never dined in, but I’m sure I will at some point. I say this because first and foremost, the food here is delicious! The staff is always friendly and the place itself is clean and inviting. I initially came here not only to try the new spot but also because of their gluten free option. I was beyond pleased with the freshness and the flavor they achieve. My first experience was with their Shrimp kabob entrée. It comes with a greek salad, rice pilaf and a few smaller tastings, seriously the entrée is top notch, I couldn’t bring myself to try anything else my next few visits, so I held off on writing my review. Finally, I venture out and got the Salmon Kabob entrée, again delicious, it came with the greek salad but no rice pilaf, honestly the salmon is more filling than the shrimp so it’s not needed, but I kind of missed it. Apparently you can swap out sides, but then I would miss the greek salad, so the decision is either order an additional side or stick with the shrimp. huh tough one because the salmon good also. Well on my next visit I kind of discovered a loophole. why kind of, well so I wanted to try on of their roll-ups, I keep hearing the rave reviews about the chicken rollups but I’m more of a steak and mushroom girl. So in addition to ordering the salmon kabob entrée, I order the Steak roll up which comes with a side… there you have it, thank you rice pilaf. The steak roll up was delicious by the way, it comes with this sauce… Oh my, so good. So I will admit I had entirely too much food, for just me, but I was set for lunch and dinner and best of all I enjoyed it all. Zoe’s Kitchen is a winner for me it casual, fresh, and delicious.

Last evening my boyfriend and I tried Zoë’s for the first time after hearing really great things about it. Zoë’s by far exceeded our expectations and lives up to all the hype! Very high quality and fresh ingredients used. We started off sharing the basil pesto hummus as our appetizer– we both agreed this was probably the BEST hummus we have ever had. I highly recommend you order some– I’m actually drooling just thinking about it! It was so good you didn’t even need the pita chips– I was guilty of piling it onto my spoon and eating it by itself. For my entrée I ordered the Grilled Chicken pita– it had feta cheese, lettuce, caramelized onions and tomatoes on it– it was delicious and very filling– it also came with a choice of side — I ordered it with the roasted vegetables– which were also full of flavor and delicious. My boyfriend had the steak kabob which was very flavorful and came with roasted vegetables and potato salad(all of which was incredible). For dessert we split a chocolate chip cookie which was also very fresh and delicious. We both can’t say enough good things about what we had for dinner. You could taste how fresh everything was– Zoë’s in our opinion is a healthy and cost effective dining option(with an appetizer, two bottles of smart water at 2 dollars each, 2 entrees and a dessert our total only came to 30 dollars!). The atmosphere was casual and we received our food very quickly(within 5 minutes). You order at the counter and if you choose to dine in like we did– they give you a number and bring the food over to your table for you. They also do takeout! I’m so excited to go back and try more of the menu– probably later today(I’m not kidding).

YES! Thank you, Zoe’s Kitchen, for bringing fast-casual Mediterranean food to South Jersey! I’d seen the positive reviews from Unilocalers and made a mental note to swing by the next time I was in the area. That happened today while I was running errands and I realized I had to figure something out for dinner. The woman behind the counter could not have been nicer. She told me all about the menu and let me know that everything was completely customizable. I’m doing this low carb thing currently(I know… I’ll be back on pizza in no time), so I went with the chicken skewer dinner which comes with a small Greek salad and rice pilaf. I subbed in hummus and cucumbers in exchange for the rice pilaf, and I nixed the pita(sad times). My to-go order was ready in mere minutes and I was out the door for a little over ten bucks. I had a couple other errands to run before I was able to dig in, so by the time I got home I had no idea what state I’d find my dinner. To my pleasant surprise, everything was packaged neatly and held up well. The dressing for the salad was served on the side and the hummus was in its own cup. Same with the cucumbers. Despite the lag time, the food was delicious! I am totally impressed, Zoe. See you again soon!

I am hard pressed to eat at any fast food restaurant, let alone come onto Unilocal and give it a four star review. But where else can you get delicious grilled chicken kebabs, rice pilaf, and a beautiful salad with soft pita in under ten minutes? I am biased bc I love Greek food, but everything I’ve tried has been banging. Hummus is great, white beans are great, roasted veggies are great, and the chocolate chip cookies are monstrous. Friend had steak kebabs with roasted potatoes, which I tasted, and were also great. Can’t wait to try their pasta salad, potato salad, and slaw — none of which have my least favorite ingredient of mayo! ToGo containers are recyclable and sustainable. Very kid friendly. Perhaps my only criticism in terms of health is things are a little salty, but what do you expect for«fast food?» Glad this place is right around the corner from both my work and home.
