We have been customers of A1 for a few years, and never had a problem with their service. The techs have always been very nice. My husband and I have had some unfortunate events happen over the last month and unfortunately had to move our appointment 3 times. This is NOT like us and we had never done this before! When I called to ask if we could reschedule, the woman who answered the phone was very unprofessional and got a nasty tone with me(seems like this is a common thing reading the other review). She told me that«my service was due in March and if I don’t get it done by the end of April, they will cancel me». The events that happened were uncontrollable and she was VERY unprofessional. I always speak up when I receive excellent customer service-and am so appreciative– but also, when you get treated like this and have been a loyal customer for a long time, it’s disappointing and a huge turnoff. We will be cancelling our quarterly service. Reading other reviews, this seems to be a trend with this company lacking professionalism and customer service. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The ONLY reason I gave this company 1 star is because there isn’t a lower number available! The tech that was sent to my house was very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable… unfortunately a portion of my back room was missed and my landlord called to have someome sent back out. Scheduling this return visit is where the nightmare began! The first young lady was very nasty and called herself scolding me for taking more than 24hrs to call her back… like really?!. I called back and asked for a supervisor… the«owner» gets on the line and proceeds to argue with me about who was to blame for the mishap. She continues to go on and on about how shes«doing me a favor». Needless to say, speaking to the«OWNER» helped me to understand why the level of customer service offered by this company is so HORRIBLE! The owner should be the first to sign up for customer service classes… once she fails miserably she needs to sit in a corner and contemplate why she’s such a major Bitch! I will NEVER ever call this company again and I am considering an organized boycott(kidding). Seriously, spend your money anywhere else… don’t deal with A1 if you value your sanity.
