Just like Shawn H. said, the service here is top notch. Everyone I dealt with from the security guard, to the front desk, to the person processing my paperwork, and processing my vehicle, they all were very friendly and helpful. I was shipping my 2010 Toyota Tundra to Hawaii, and Virginia has been my intermediate duty station so I had a lot of questions going into this. But they processed everything and directed every question I had to where I needed to find information regarding the transfer of my vehicle. Logistically, it can be very stressful dealing with stuff like this, but they put my mind at ease!

The service at this location is first rate. The company overall is questionable. I shipped a car from Bahrain, where I was stationed, to Norfolk where I live now. It took over 2 months to clear customs and several phone calls to get the car ready for pick up. Needless to say I was nervous about what my experience would be when I arrived. I was very pleased with the service I received. My car had been washed and was running when I got to the pick up. I did a walk around and signed for the car and was on the road right away. Just know where a gas station is because you can’t have much fuel in the car when you drop it off so your first stop has to be at a gas station.
