Seriously, get it together. Today I ordered lunch and about 40 minutes later some guy at the store called to tell me they didn’t have a delivery driver. He then asked me, «So do you wanna, like, wait for your food?» — Um, I have been waiting. For 40 minutes.
I cancelled. Saved me $ 20 and I won’t be ordering from this store again.

Pizza was hot & ready, for pick-​up, looked great when I opened box top. Taste pretty good too. I’m happy with quality.

Ordered a pizza, sub, and a salad at midnight. Paid by CC. Was charged $ 28+, never received our food. Called at 12:50, 1am, and 1:10. No answer. Called another store, they called, this store picked up and hung up. I was told «we are very sorry, call tomorrow and you should PROBABLY get a refund.» How is this not stealing? It’s bad enough that they didn’t bring the food, charged us and didn’t notify us at all. But they didn’t even seem to care at all!

Ordered two pizzas last night, one with extra cheese. I took photos and put that whole pie in the fridge. Ordered a slightly different order tonight for the other pizza, but ordered the same extra cheese thin crust. Tonight’s extra cheese is obviously and clearly not extra cheese. Why charge me, and why claim to do it in the first place? I even bluntly asked; will we actually get a cheesy pizza, because I want one? The girl agreed we would. It’s not. But I was charged. I really like their thin crust, but their inability to give me what I pay for is a deal breaker. Their thin crust is awesome. Their charging me and not giving me what I pay for is unacceptable. Sad. I can only imagine what gooey, warm, dripping cheese would be like on this marvelous crust.

Super disappointed. My last experience wasn’t so great but I figured maybe it was just a bad night. Well tonight it took an hour and a half to get my food delivered. When my pizza got here it wasn’t hot and I paid extra for feta cheese and got a few sprinkles of it. This will be the last time they get my business. The delivery girl was sweet that’s why I gave two stars.

I am never disappointed with this Chanello’s. The wife and I just moved to Virginia 6 months ago and have been to this Chanello’s several times and we are never displeased. The manager is awesome and he works his behind off making sure everyone gets there order and its right. That guy is like a one man show cooking all the pies while the drivers are out delivering. Thank Chanello’s for the good pizza in the 23 323 zipcode.
