We rented a storage unit from them on a last minute basis. We just moved to town and needed a storage unit asap. I reserved a unit online and then went in to pay. A couple things I was concerned about is that they offer the first month free! However, I only received ½ off the first month. Also, they don’t inform me of the extra (insurance) monthly charges. I have rented several storage units, and have never been charged this extra fee. I am kind of disappointed that we couldn’t opt out of that extra fee. If it wasn’t such a pain to move out, we would probably choose another storage facility in our area.
