been a long time customer. the owner knows me very well, I keep going cause of the comfort of the shoes, price is high but I pay for what I need. good on that. the only reason I didn’t give it a higher STAR. is sometimes my order is delayed. sometimes its a big effort on my side to order and get what I want. but the owner Always understands and gives me a discount. I am doubtful for that. I would say ok to go here but if you want great customer service, you may not get that unless you deal with the owner. A little improvement on that would push my customer rating higher.

Beware of there so called orthodontic inserts! You don’t need them! $ 179.00 and they will not refund your money. Every time I have worn these inserts, my feet are killing me afterwards, I can where the shoes by themselves and my feet are fine due to the shoes have adequate support. Have been back to store twice and had them so called readjusted… like I said… waste of money! They got me, don’t let them get you. As long as you know your shoe size and the width of your foot, there are other places with a lot less expensive shoes that offer the same support without any orthodontic inserts…

Do you remember the days of shopping for shoes the salesman with his measuring device and the stool he sat on as THEY tried the shoes on you! FOUND THEM! but thats not all that’s great aout this place. It really caters to those with issue’s Knee, Back, foot etc. they take the time to adjust the shoe to fit and correct it to your needs, they custom make inserts that will have you walking properly in no time the Service is great and friendly. For those of us who have minor or major foot issues they have shoes that fix them that have stle not blah!
