We had them for over 20 years when we had our house built. In 2014 they did not send us our annual billing so we could get our annual termite inspection done. When we contacted them, they said they dropped us because we didn’t accept their recommendation in 2013 to have insulation and mold fixed. My wife told them that at that time we requested a quote from them but they never gave us one, so we fixed the problem ourselves. They told her she would have to speak with the manager to get our service re-​started and he would have to call her back. 4 months later we are still waiting. I guess they don’t need the business.

I have had Forrest Exterminating come to my house for over 10 years and they do a great job for us. We have them come monthly and if we ever see bugs between treatments they come back for free. They treat inside and out, bait for bugs in our garage and treat underneath the house too. Great people and we highly recommend them. All the other reviews are a bunch of bull… I have never heard anyone there be anything but honest.

Definitely would not recommend to anyone. I feel that all of my dealings with this company was unresponsive and unprofessional. One star is more than they deserve.
