Fusion Heating, Air Conditioning & Insulation

My husband and I recently used this service on the house we have in Norfolk. We needed a new AC compressor but decided we wanted to just replace the whole AC system as it was a better investment. We both had called around to numerous other companies who were roughly all around the same price point and frankly were rather curt when asking questions about pricing. When I called, I spoke to Ben who was incredibly professional and courteous as well as informative and was really working with us to get to the price point we were looking at.
He was extremely flexible and came over within the next hour to take a look at the house and what needed to be repaired and after about a half hour to forty minutes we were making our deposit and signing off on the work order. This was the week before Memorial Day weekend and we were really hoping to have the AC system installed for the hot weather that was coming. Ben had mentioned he did think he was already booked but to our great surprise he worked to move things around so that the job was done by Friday. Not to mention he brought extra guys to get the work done even faster so the whole job was done in about five hours! I would definitely recommend Fusion to any friends or strangers who need repair or replacement with their HVAC systems. Ben was so polite and really did a fantastic job.
