Gianna’s Cheese Steaks

Amazing cheesesteaks and great fried Oreos the owner was amazing customer service along with his staff can’t wait to have another cheesesteak with them they also have options for cheese whiz or white American cheese which is a plus!

Took the family and had great Cheese steaks. The bread were fresh and very tasty. The steak was flavorful and plentiful. Everyone enjoyed them! I agree with several reviewers that the booths are tiny so taking it to go is the only option! Great service with plenty of staff.

Wanted to try a new restaurant tonight but needless to say my husband and I were disappointed with the following: cleanliness of tables (all were dirty) and we had to ask staff to clean them off. I was served the wrong order (asked for a Philly chicken and received steak) and after all that the food was mediocre.

First off when you walk in the establishment is set up very primitively you order from the counter from a very limited menu pay and if you choose to stay and eat you can go over to one of six boots.
At my visit I had to request that someone come clean the booths because all of them were dirty. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with peppers and onions the Philly Fries. When my sandwich came out it looked appetizing however the bread was not toasted and was very cold. The overall flavor of the cheesesteak left something to be desired it was plain and did not have the white sauce on it that I am accustomed to.
About five minutes later someone finally brought out the fries. The fries were very brown and very soggy again and they looked appetizing they were loaded with cheese steak cheese peppers and onions but the flavor was just not there. It would’ve been nice if someone would’ve asked us if our food was okay because I would’ve certainly told them that it was not. Also, we were never given cups for our drinks, I walked up to the Coca-​Cola machine and saw that there were cups sitting next to it and helped myself to one myself.
On a final note, the boots are extremely tight… the space between the table and chair is not a typical space. I am a very petite person and it was uncomfortable.
Sorry, not much positive here. Improve the flavor, seating space, soggy fries, customer service and cleanliness of the establishment… it can get better.
