I arrived cash in hand, ready to make a purchase. Never greeted or acknowledged in any way by the staff person on duty. Stuck around looking at posters and framed art – looks like they have nice variety and do quality work, but I won’t give my business to someone who can’t take five seconds to say «good morning, I’ll be with you in a minute.» Also seemed to be a heavy smell of pipe smoke (?) in the shop. Won’t be back.

I’m a fan, so far. I had an art poster framed there; I am happy with the results and the price.
The staff is not overtly friendly, just workman-​like, and that is fine with me.
Because they are located near my home and I like what they have done for me before, I will go to them when I’m ready to frame my next art picture. If I am again happy with the framing and the price I will continue to be a fan of Great Bridge Frame & Art.
