Ive lived in the Neighbourhood of this Mcds for almost two years now. I have been here on NUMEROUS occasions, and the service here is dismal. The staff seem as if they hate their lives, and it resonates throughout their service. They have gotten my order wrong on almost every visit. And when asked to fix it, i get attitude. Look, i know its fast food, and i know its not a corporate position at a fortune 500 company, but could i at least get a smile with my order. I feel like thats just customer service 101. And maybe im asking to much but the resonating half fried oil stench that permeates throughout the establishment makes me want to gag. I wouldnt be able to actually walk in and order my food, for fear that that smell would infest my clothing. Gross.
