Norfolk Florist

I love this flower shop. The manager is amazingly friendly and the staff is so sweet.
I came in for my flower of the month offering and I was so happy with the service that I added to the order and created a beautiful spray. I am so excited.
The manager took the time to explain the shop’s offerings for the holiday. She explained the flower of the month program and identified store locations that were close to my home.
If you need flowers please consider coming here for the experience. I was able to watch the florist put together a few orders and she took the time to explain what she was doing. Wonderful experience!

We were in town from Cleveland for an unexpected funeral. We found out that there weren’t any flowers at the service less than 2 hours beforehand. We walked in to Norfolk Florist not knowing what to reasonably expect in such a short time frame. Cindy was so sweet and beyond helpful! She prepared two large and gorgeous arrangements in approximately 1 hour! We are so grateful to her! Thank you, Cindy!

When I originally wrote this review, it was for one star. I had encountered less-​than-​stellar service upon calling to buy roses for pickup on Valentine’s day. After writing my review, I then sent a copy of the review to Norfolk Florist to make them aware of the experience that had caused me to be so upset.
Within hours, I was contacted by the staff at Norfolk Florist who were immediately and sincerely apologetic for my poor experience. Despite it being one of their busiest seasons, all the stores conferenced called, discussed what had happened and discovered that there was a miscommunication about how certain orders should be handled and remedied the miscommunication right away.
I wanted to highlight the fact that I had an unpleasant experience only to make you aware that Norfolk Florist went out of their way to apologize and set into motion everything that needs to happen to rectify the situation. They did so quickly, apologetically and with sincere appreciation for my business in the future.
I am very happy with the outcome for two reasons.
1. They made me feel as though my business, no matter how small, is valuable to them.
2. I do buy flowers and I would much rather buy from a local business and support small business rather than to buy from a big, national, faceless business.
I highly encourage you to work with Norfolk Florist. They clearly pride themselves in their work and customer service.

We have used this location several times for special occasions: prom, homecoming, ring dance, etc. I love the self serve kiosk to help narrow down your choices. I’ve always gotten great, friendly service. I get the same service when I come in with my card to get my free monthly flowers that I get when I’m actually buying something. It’s hard to see it in the little strip mall, but keep looking. It’s worth the visit.

This particular location has such a great staff. They always offer the upgrade but are happy to give me my flower card bouquet with no complaints. They have good specials and I always enjoy visiting them. They are my first choice for flowers!

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I’m now a member and enjoy fresh flowers on my table for about two weeks out of every month. This store is small, but they have a great selection of flowers and usually offer additional flowers for my order at a very small price. I try to get the extra ones to make bouquet complete. I’m already looking forward to my next order!
