Wow. What a terrible facility. This used to be my go-to place because the battlefield location is always super packed. I came here on a worker’s comp claim and I sat and waited for close to an hour and a half to be seen in my room. Once the doctor came in she was unprofessional. I tried to explain to her multiple times what occurred and the nature of my injury. She did not seem to understand what I was telling her and I believe we both became very frustrated. I had a gash on my head and a migraine caused from the contusion. I understand the severity of concussions but the doctor was unable to relate to anything I was telling her. The doctor would walk out of the room and my head would begin to bleed again and by the time she got back it had stopped. Therefore when I explained to her that it kept opening back up she would say, «Oh but it’s not now so you’re fine.» I just didn’t appreciate the way things were handled. She would leave the room and come back 30 mins later to give me an ice pack that was the size of my head and just said«hold this.» The other nurses and wait staff were very friendly and accommodating and deserve 5 stars. However after I had mentioned I had been in for almost 2.5 hours and wanted something to be done, my doctor decided she no longer could deal with my issues and referred me to the ER for a cut on my head the size of my pinky finger and for a headache. I felt that she didn’t want to deal with my issues and it was very unprofessional. I will not be going back to this location again. 3 hours later and I walked out with a band aid and a horrible migraine only to go sit longer in the ER because I’m required to for workers comp. what a waste of time.

Our visit was not only quick, professional and painless, it was actually fun. My dad was brought in with a persistent cough. We were immediately checked in through the reception with nothing more than the most basic questions. It was a quick process. We waited in the waiting area for maybe five minutes before we were called back by an extremely chipper and gregarious medical assistant who was very engaging. When my mom and I asked if we could join my dad in the back, the medical assistant said, «the more the merrier!» After getting my dad’s weight and vitals, we were shown to our room and my dad was given a gown to wear in the place of his shirt. A few minutes after putting the gown on, my dad was retrieved by the x-ray tech. After x-rays, the doctor pokes his head in the room with a preliminary assessment of bronchitis with a touch of pneumonia. About 10 minutes later, blood was drawn. No drama with finding veins and the lab supervisor was very personable. The doctor came next. He was funny, personable and asked excellent questions in order to determine an accurate diagnosis. After the doctor was done, he offered to provide the prescribed drugs or we could get them at a drug store for a dicounted price. We thought the extra $ 20 – 25 were well worth the convenience of not finding a drug store that was open at 9:30 pm and then waiting for the prescription to be filled. The experience was extremely positive and there was nothing to suggest anything but professional competence and passion for customer service.

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Love that they do x-rays and have an onsite pharmacy. Only issue is it took awhile to see the doctor.

Place was great while Dr. Johnston was there. It can be hit or miss now, sadly. Some of the support staff that were great before are still great. Just the impression that patients aren’t listened to at times, that’s unnerving. I think I also am a little bit concerned over a nurse telling me she called several times, and checking the caller id logs on both phones, she called once.

The location is always spotless. The administrative staff is friendly. The medical assistants and nurses are wonderful. And the doctors are excellent. After many great visits, we selected Dr. Johnston as our family’s primary medicial physician. We have enjoyed our interactions with all the doctors at this location. Dr. Johnston understands the military healthcare system and is great at coordinating care with DoD facilities and tricare approved facilities.
