Dr Malaisamy is excellent! The staff is super courteous and always follows up promptly. Online records make everything a breeze-​you can access all of your child’s information and even print out anything you may need! Need a same day sick appointment? Not a problem! I am so happy we found such a wonderful pediatric office close to home.

The billing department is rude and disrespectful. I disputed the fact that they billed an office visit on top of a well child visit thereby allowing them to get paid twice by the insurance company on just 1 visit and also collect a copay from me when it should have been a free visit.
Because I disputed their billing practice and brought my issue up the chains until I spoke with one of the managing partners my children were dropped from their practice. Not that I am heart broken, but shows how petty they are. Over $ 25 and being challenged they close their doors to you. Not worth the headache.
I’m not the only one that has had problems with them either. Don’t waste your time here!

Both of my girls go to Dr Scaccia at Renaissance. He is wonderful. I was unsure about taking my girls to a male pediatrician, but after meeting him, all my worries are gone. He has been quick to address any concerns I might have. He has a wonderful bedside manner. I have had to take the girls to other doctors at the practice for sick visits when he couldn’t fit me in. I have been pleased with each and every one of them, to include Cassie and Jennifer McMurray. The doctors here will always encourage you to get a second opinion if you are unsure about their diagnosis. Renaissance is top notch and have a great reputation in the community.

I adore this place beyond words. My son has seen three doctors here in his 4 year long life. All have been excellent and caring and have given professional opinions. The doctor he sees most is Jennifer McMurray and she is the sweetest woman! Taking my son here after the horror story of taking him to CHKD was a huge sigh of relief. You can read my review of them on here too. I was so happy when I took him to Renaissance for the first time, I almost cried. May have been new mommy hormones though, haha. I have a friend that also takes her children here and feels the same way I do. Her sister brings her kids all the way from NC just to see the Dr’s at Renaissance. As you can see, I’m not the only one who feels the way I do about this place!
