There is a long waiting period and every time I call I’m sent to a voicemail. However, the staff is very professional and cordial.
They have friendly but slow service. I’m very impatient, so if I’m sitting longer than 30 minutes, I start getting really annoyed.
Today I came in just to see if I could get a doctor appt because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. I had to sign in and wait to be called. That took about 15 minutes.
After being called, I explained to the receptionist why I was there and she was very nice and asked that I wait a minute while she contacts my doctor’s secretary. Okay, that seemed odd, I figured she could do the appointments but no problem. So I went back to my seat. I was tired, feeling awful and just wanted to leave. I really hoped the secretary would return any second.
After 30 minutes, I got up and mentioned that I was simply trying to get an appointment and would like to get that done as quickly as possible. As I was saying that to the receptionist, the secretary arrived. She was very kind and was able to get me in that same day.
They offer friendly service. Their staff members are patient and kind. Unfortunately the wait period is too long.
