Stonebridge Apartments

Don’t rent here. Ever. I personally don’t live here but one of my best friends does. I’ve been over to her place a lot in the almost three years she’s lived there.
First and foremost, the sign upon entering the property says «luxury apartments». I’m not entirely sure why as there is nothing luxurious about these apartments. The pool is of minuscule proportions and looks like something you’d find at a dingy Motel 6.
The interior: Horrendous. The cabinets are that awful white faced with fake wood in the background. The appliances are about 10 – 15 years old and the carpets are probably the same age.
The exterior: Dingy. Dirty. Dank. There are no pet stations around the property so there’s dog shit everywhere. The buildings themselves could use a good power wash.
The residents: Recently my friend got a puppy. She lives on the third floor and since she got her pup the woman living below her has called the cops on her several times. More than 10 and they have come every time. Her complaints to the cops have ranged from excessive noise to a crack in her ceiling because of the puppy jumping and running and playing… or something? Also, she’s called the cops on her for vacuuming. The resident below her then proceeds to bang on her ceiling. I’m not sure what purpose that serves. Several attempts to management have been made and they have done nothing until recently. My friend was served a notice to vacate within 21 days stating violations of her lease because she is disruptive to another tenant. This lady has only been there for a couple of months. Still not sure if they’ve both been told to vacate or just my friend.
Overall: The place is not a luxury apartment home. Not a good place to live and has crappy management. IMO stay away from all Breeden Company properties.
