I have a whopping 4 months being at this place so far, and this has been my experience. Upon move in, the staff was very courteous in helping us in anyway possible. They had the maintenance team(led by Ron) quickly fixing any discrepancies we found. I’ve noticed daily that the office staff checks the grounds throughout the daily more than just once or twice. They are always friendly, and from my deck I can see them waving, and talking to the tenants making this a positive community. Twice a month the staff has put on social events, and I’ll have to admit at first I thought you were going to have some snooty people acting like they were better than others, but it was totally opposite. If those people live here, then they don’t come to the social functions! The only people I’ve met at the social functions are kind, and very friendly to newcomers, as well as other tenants that were there. Anytime that we’ve needed something regarding the amenities, maintenance, or simple recommendations the staff has far exceeded my expectations. The property manager(Mike) is very helpful, and cares about his staff and tenants. He has a support staff in the office(Nicole, Jessica, and Elena) who actually cares about their jobs and the customer service they provide! The only downfall of this place is the price!

After living here for one year now, the carpets on floors 2 – 4 have never been cleaned. They are heavily stained by leaking garbages and soiled by pets. A month or so ago the management company sent an email out notifying residents of the valet trash rules and that offenders would start receiving fines. But like all other rules here, the property manager never follows through. You can walk on each floor and see trash not properly disposed of and leaking on the carpets daily. On warm days bugs are all over the place. Someone should be cleaning the elevators daily(which isn’t happening), trash will litter hallways for days, I’ve had a pile of dog poop sitting in my hall for 4 days now. The only way to have the property management team to actually get things done is to take to social media. Addressing these issues directly in person just falls on deaf ears.

We have lived here since December, and love it. The staff is friendly and never fail to greet us and our dog, by name. The apartment is beautiful and a decent size, for a 1bedroom. There are a few issues with other pet owners not picking up waste, but I think that happens everywhere. There are plenty of amenities and the staff plans activities, often. We enjoy it here and have just renewed our lease for another 9 months. Good job SOG!

I can’t imagine why anyone would say Mike is a jerk. The entire office staff is super nice and always there if you need something. The office is always doing something for the residents, this saturday is pancake day and they make pancakes for all of us in the clubhouse. Last time they even made pancakes shaped like hearts :) We have lived here for about 2 months and had hardly any issues, minus a few little technical things in the apartment due to the fact that it was the first time it had been lived in. The facilities are beautiful and the amenities are great(although they do need to get the cable machine in the gym fixed ;)). The only complaint I have is we got stuck with really noisy upstairs neighbors… we thought at first that maybe the walls were just thin, but we talked to our downstairs neighbors and they said they can never hear us. Oh well, live and learn. Next time hopefully we don’t get stuck with upstairs neighbors who’s two year old sounds likes he’s training for a toddler-marathon. Overall, great job Streets of Greenbrier!
