Usually a busy place! Macarthurs location not as crazy busy but I love this mall hands down. Avoid during the holidays if possible parking will be crazy! This Victoria secret location was lacking sizes for bras and underwear which I get due to high influx of people coming in. They’re $ 35 bra sale is what sucked me in and I ended up spending $ 80 on stuff. I always appreciate smiles from sales associates and more.

This location is by far the WORST location in all of Hampton Roads. They have terrible customer service. It’s not just one or two ladies with a nasty attitude, it’s the majority. It’s not an isolated occasion, it’s every time I have entered this particular location. Even the«manager» was unhelpful, unwilling, and very unfriendly. Retail employees need to realize that their position is not only disposable but that they themselves are replaceable. VS needs to take a serious look at this store and its employees; most, if not ALL need to go! P. S. The girls at the Lynnhaven &PTC locations are great!

Good selection. Make sure you use the rewards card. Being at black level 30 $ gift cards and double points on purchases make it worth it.

Granted, it’s Victoria’s Secret so they are going to say«Our products are the best» …But to be poorly educated on the products you are selling, and not understand proper, modern bra fitting is inexcusable. Actually telling me a Victoria’s Secret bra is built better than any bra I’d find in the«entire mall» is dumb. Especially when I have a $ 90 performance sport bra in the bag I’m carrying. I’m in there for the name and the style, not because the products are«better»…Most of the employees are younger, and not familiar with«tact»… I personally witnessed one of them verbally assume a larger woman’s size and then laugh«we’ll make it fit!» –That’s not a healthy attitude to take for undergarments. When 60% of support for your bra comes from the band, telling ME to «go up a band size» isn’t a very good or educated statement to make. I can only assume they do this to other women too. Only the older employees or managers have any idea how to assist customers when a product isn’t available in the store. So, when I needed one Large bottom and needed an XL(which I know they carry on the website), it took 3 employees to assist me. Not the same experience as when I shopped at the Lynnhaven mall locations, or any of the locations I shopped at in Texas.
