Williams Rv Service

I have lived in my RV in Hampton Roads for almost 2 years now. On two separate occasions I called Williams to come out and work on my RV because he is one of only two mobile repair service is. Both times he was a no-​show and did not return any phone calls. Both of the repairs were pretty important and one time I was left without electricity for days until I can get a hold of another repair person. I’m not sure how his work is, I’ve heard it is good but if you don’t return phone calls or show up to your appointment so it doesn’t matter how good your work is. Not impressed! I’m both occasions the day of the appointment the phone just rang and rang and went to voicemail. He works with his son, so I’m not sure why either of them could not answer or at least call me with the reason they did not show up.
