WOW Brows Threading and Beauty Studios

I’ve been here a couple of times and saw two different people. I was really unhappy with the shape of my eyebrows and both times I ended up with a bunch of little cuts. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded at before and so I know that the service I received was far less than what it could have potentially been. I live right next to the mall so I’d love to be able to come here on a regular basis but in the end, it’s not worth the money.

I came here to get my eyebrows done and I left pissed off with decent eyebrows. The lady did the right one first then she showed me what it looked like. I was immediately disturbed… My eyebrow looked like she sneezed during mid thread. I expressed to her my crooked a** eyebrow… And had to speak with God before sitting back in the chair so that my left brow could be addressed (no point in having one brow done) luckily she didn’t jacked the left one up. After she was done I asked for tweezers so that I could even my eyebrows up… as worked MY magic she proceeded to make excuses… After politely dismissing her BS I thanked her and paid full price and luckily I left content (thanks to my knowing how to tweeze my own brows and keeping a brow pencil handy)
Will I go back? Um… nah I’m good … You can however proceed with caution.

They did my eyebrows perfectly! They were very sweet to me and the price wasn’t too bad. I liked that they did quickly yet they still came out beautifully! Will definitely come again

Came here to do a quick upper lip threading and that was all. She then asks me if I wanted anything else done, I said no thank you. She then keeps going with you should get your brows done, you really need it. I said it’s okay I pluck it myself, then she goes on saying I don’t do a good job that I should get it done. I said no I’m good. She then tells me how much I owed with a nasty look. I gave her the money with a smile, she didn’t even say have a good day.
Never will I come back, no wonder it has a low rating. Just tried them out out bc I was already around the area. I use to come here years ago, but they definitely downgraded. I do give them a plus, for barely hurting and how fast they did it.

i went here for full facial threading, at first it was going smooth, the lady was doing it really good and focus n listen to how i want my eyebrow to be done, and then one customer came in, and she started to do the threading really quick n try to rush it, so she could attend to the other customer, n thank god when she started rushing she already done my eyebrow, i dont know what will happen if the new customer walked in while the lady still doing my eyebrow, it will be a disaster, coz i got few cuts from the threading, on my forehead, n on my cheek close to my sideburn, i expect to have few cuts as its happened before, but the usual place i went for threading before moving temporarily to chesapeake will attend to it n apply the antiseptic for it n clean it, n really make sure the skin wont be irritating, but instead in the wow brows, she just left me hanging there n just put aloe gel on my face, n when its done i was checking my eyebrow to make sure its even, n she rushed me for payment so she could attend the next customer, n i got back to the hotel i just realize she missed lots of hairs, im very dissappointed, the reason i still give 1 star is because my eyebrow doesnt ruin…

Decided to bring my sister as she was visiting me from California, I usually go to other threading places around but as we were in this mall thought why not let’s give it a try ! Disaster my sister has no eyebrows, they are chopped and full of cuts .When I asked for explanations the lady was rude and said its coz my sister was not sitting still and so she decided to cut me ???

I really should give this place zero stars because it’s not worth any more of my money. I used to go there because it was convenient and they did an ok job now I come out with my brows nonexistent. If u want thick nicely shaped brows don’t go here. They don’t know what they r doing if u say I want my eyebrows to remain thick and shaped the same, they do the complete opposite. I should have ran out of the chair. I look like a completely different person and not in a good way. I will be finding a pencil to fill in my sparse brows until they grow back. These ppl need to be skilled beauty professionals not random Asian women with thin eyebrows and no expertise in this field.

I’ve only been here twice and each time I left feeling physically and emotionally abused. The browticians may look like sweet little old women but let me tell you. they are AGGRESSIVE! They want you positioned in the chair a specific way and will violently push, shove, pull and tug on you to get you in this magical position. Not worth the money or pain.
