Food was made correctly and was delicious, friendly staff and quick in and out. Best chic-​fil-​a ive vistited yet.

Fricken love it! Staff was awesome and very nice. I went inside because there was a line wrapped around the building. Very clean inside.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant! This place is clean, well-​run and has consistently good quality chicken sandwiches, biscuits and sides. The diet frozen lemonade is a fantastic low-​cal treat. Miss Chris will keep your drinks filled with a sweet smile.

Chester CFA never disappoints! I would drive out of my way to come to this one! Service is fantastic and food is always perfect! Fries are always full, chicken is always great, and they aren’t ever stingy with their sauces (our family loves ALOT) Drive thru and eating inside are always equally great! It’s super clean and you’re taken care of inside like you’re family, employees even walk around asking you for refills! We love this location!

This was a very busy store at lunchtime. There was an employee queuing customers onto lines. The woman behind the counter took our order and spoke über fast, it wasn’t the chick fill-​a customer service charm they are know for in the South. We were given a cylinder to put on our table and told lunch would be brought to us. We sat down and waited. It was quite sometime before we got our food, staff had to walk around busy restaurant to find correct color cylinder. My fries were not warm. But the biggest offense was my order of grilled chicken nuggets. They did not look like the picture on the order board. They looked like someone has eaten them and brought them back up. They were disgusting looking. I had to walk thru the masses to ask for a replacement portion of fried nuggets, which also took time. The staff member who gave me the new nuggets didn’t even acknowledge the grilled ones looked disguising. Shame on her. A quick I’m sorry would have gone a long way. In conclusion this was my first bad experience in a chick fill-​a and I have been eating in them since I was in college. I’ll never return to this one.

The staff is always friendly and nice. They greet you with a smile. The food is hot and fresh every time you order. I like that you can get dipping sauce for your fries at no extra cost.

This is a great fast good place. The staff is friendly, and the food is wonderful. The breakfast chicken minis are yummy, but often over cooked. Anytime I have asked for another order I was given another one free of charge. They are great supporters of the local schools.

Great service and food. We come here often because my kids need gluten free fries and chicken (grilled). They have a sensitivity and this is a quick option for us. When I dine in, I love that someone will bring me my food because I usually have little ones with me. Also, usually someone offers to refill my drink at least once during my visit too. I also enjoy the food and staff.

The chicken is served hot and tasty. Your choice of sides means you’ll order waffle fries, because who gets a fruit cup at Chick-​Fil-​A? There is a large indoor seating area and extended parking lot. This does not mean that lunch time is easy, though! The rush between 11:00 and 1:00 is incredible. They really move people through on these week days.
The staff is genuinely nice and works hard to meet the customers’ needs.

Nothing but great things to say about this place! You may look at the drive through and think «this is too long» but they move fast. Faster than any fast food drive through I have seen. And the food tastes fresh and like it has been sitting under a heat lap all day. So go to the drive through even if it is long!

I love a good chicken sandwich and Chick-​Fil-​A does it best. The grandkids love to eat here too because of the play area. The only thing I don’t like is it is a pain to get in and out of this place in the evening, just so dang busy. But I can’t complain that’s what they are in business for. That’s the only reason it is not a 5 star rating, it’s the frustration factor that’s keeping it down. But the chicken is good weather it be fried or grilled and the waffle potato fries are some kinda good. The staff that runs this place are great even under the hectic working conditions.

Why can’t there be any in San Francisco? Its probably for the best, my thighs will thank me later while my stomach can hate me now. I always make a stop here while visiting my parents who moved to this god forsaken place. One of the few rays of shining light is Chick-​fil-​a. It’s a clean location, food is AMAZING and the staff is so friendly. When I asked for a stash of Polynesian sauce to take home with me to SF, she did it! TSA probably wondered WTF I was doing with all those packets in mt suitcase, but I don’t care. It was worth it.

The food here has never disappointed. The staff is awesome, even when they’re slammed they do an outstanding job keeping their composure and making sure they do things right. My only issue is the location, it’s in a high traffic area and trying to drive and turn out of this place can be a headache, the only reason I don’t go here more often.

I just had it yesterday and got back to Chicago last night and I am already craving it. Closest one is in Wisconsin… it needs to get to Chicago FAST!!!
