IrisTree Chester

I just visited Iris Tree Spa today for my facial treatment and absolutely loved it!) I give this place 5 stars:
1^st star: The atmosphere. When you walk-​in in the store it looks very nice and big. As you head to spa it is very relaxing, clean and cozy.
2^nd star: Welcoming personnel. The staff is very attentive, nice, helpful and not pushy. Before treatment they offer you a cup of tea and chocolate. After treatment they give you a nice bottle of water to go.
3^rd star: Treatment. I had an appointment with Jodie, she is very experienced and sweet person. Very personal approach. I really enjoyed my treatment. Massage of face, neck, shoulders and hands was very relaxing, just what I needed after days at school and at work.
4^th star: Products. There is a lot of very good products at the store from simple to luxury, you can definitely find anything for yourself. After my treatment I’ve got samples bag and I can’t wait to try them.
5^th star: Experience. I left spa with a smile on my face. we, girls deserve to pamper ourself sometimes) as Audrey Hepburn said: «happy girls are the prettiest girls!)
Place definitely deserves a visit!)

I love Iris Tree! The women who work there are knowledgable and always recommend great products. The spa services are great. The spa is a little, serene oasis in the middle of Chester.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spa experience here. To note: intimate (small — only 2 rooms which to me means no crowds), excellent customer service, my facial was one of the most relaxing and my skin shows lasting results — not usual for me. I brought a friend for a massage and she enjoyed the experience too. An added plus is the location — the Streets of Chester shopping center is lovely and has some more unique shops. Of course, Chester itself is an enjoyable small town to stroll through.

They definitely have everything that you need for personal care and spa stuff here. Top notch. Very elegant and the attention to detail is outstanding. The staff is very friendly and they too are willing to help. I highly recommend.
