Picolino’s Restaurant

My girlfriend and I recently went to Picolino’s Restaurant for lunch. We had decided we wanted to go italian, but weren’t sure where. She suggested this place because her and her parents had eaten there multiple times and I had never been. We walked in and there was one customer sitting inside eating. We were greeted immediately and told we could sit wherever we felt comfortable. We found a booth and received menus and immediately had our drink order taken. Within a minute our waitress returned with our drinks and took our orders. She ordered the baked spaghetti which came with a house salad and garlic bread. I ordered the grilled chicken philly sub that came with mozzarella cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and house dressing. I ordered fries to come with it. The special of the day was a sub, fries and drink for 8 dollars and some change, but I got water. The food came out very quickly. Her spaghetti was perfect along with the salad nicely prepared and the homemade garlic bread was tasty. My chicken philly was amazing. Tender chicken and fresh veggies along with a very good house dressing, which was Italian of course. The mountain of fries I wasn’t able to finish were cooked perfectly for me. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Server was very nice and always said excuse me before leaving the table. Very great food and service for a reasonable price. We will be back!
