Splendid Upscale Consignment Boutique

Well, my review (see above) above has since changed based on my latest attempt to consign at Splendid. I walked in with a few baskets of nice clothes and was treated horribly by the owner. I had name brand clothes and she treated the items as if they were from Walmart and she didn’t have time or want any of my things. I understand that not everything will be needed when you consign, but there is a kind way to express that and she was NOT nice about it at all! She even said «I can’t wait to get home» out loud as she was going through my items and accused me of having shoes from Goodwill! The shoes were name brand heals from TJ Maxx She definitely made me feel as if my business was not wanted.. I was appalled at how she treated me as a customer. When representing yourself and your business in a small town, it would be wise to do so in a professional, friendly, customer service oriented manner. Word spreads, and I do NOT recommend this consignment shop. I will not be back!
