Miracle workers! I managed to get a huge ink stain on my beige Burberry jacket and by the time they were through with it, it looked brand new. Only took 2 days and cost $ 15, well worth it for such a high quality result.

Great customer service and great cleaners. They cleaned and preserved my wedding dress quickly and with great attention to detail. I recently brought them 2 delicate baptism dresses. One was 10 years old and one was over 30 years old — both were significantly yellowed. In one week they were brand new white. There was a difference in the price I was quoted and the price I was charged by $ 10, but they were able to explain why it was slightly more expensive (extra layers contained in one of the dresses that he did not see when it was dropped off — and the dresses required 3 washes to get the yellow out). I am always happy with the service and the owners take great pride in their business and the work they do. Highly recommend.

Located in the Chesterbrook mall which sadly lost its anchor grocery store a while ago. The whole mall is rumored to be closing eventually, and senior living may replace it. I hope Crystal Custom Cleaner moves close by!
Their work is flawless, everything my wife and I have brought to be cleaned has been perfect. They even do minor alterations. They are organic. Not sure what that means in a dry cleaner, but there you go.
I don’t know how their prices compare, possibly a bit more expensive than average, but you get what you pay for. Also, the reception area is clean. I have visited many run-​down dry cleaners that don’t inspire much confidence, but this place is great!
