America’s Finest Auto Wash

This use to be the best car wash around this area but it has gone down hill. Paid for the wheel cleaner and when I got home my wheels had brake dust all over them. I only live a mile away so it couldn’t have built up that fast. When the guy who took my money said wheels I didn’t even see anything sprayed on them either. I guess I thought they squirted them really fast but I was wrong. I gave the dryers a tip at the end and asked me to wipe my doors so I said yes. Well they only wiped my front doors. I have a 4 door wagon. I won’t be going there anymore. Joes down the street does a way better job. They at least take the time to pre wash your vehicle before it enters there wash. Your company should be called Americas worst. Not finest.

I felt that their signage was inappropriate and offensive. They have a sign that says «Don’t get caught ridin dirty», which is a sexual reference. They also had «You like it clean, we love it dirty, LOL.»
Chesterfield is a nice community, we don’t need sexual references advertised to travelers every day. I can’t believe they had LOL on a sign, very unprofessional.
They also were putting down their competition down the street, Joe’s Car Wash, on their sign. They said they were «Better than the average Joe.» I don’t feel that was very classy or respectful.
I now spend my money at Joe’s Car Wash. Their staff was friendly, professional, and very detailed. They use an air compressor to get water out of all the nooks and crannies. I hate driving off and having water fly out of my side mirrors, Joe’s takes care of that.

Went there to get a car wash and when I was about to pull in the guy was not guiding me and my rim hit the steel bars. I try to talk to the manager but he was very uncooperative and started yelling. A manager without the proper training and without proper people skills!
