This place is the best place I have worked with! Everyone is so helpful and very communicative. They have 5 stars for a reason. They will answer every question you have honestly, and there actual work they do is amazing! They work with you from start to finish and make sure everything is done correctly and beautifully! This is the best place in Missouri to get your home the way you want it to look! I would recommend to anyone!

Aphrodite Granite did a great job on our kitchen granite counter install. Because of the shape of our kitchen, it was several pieces and a complicated layout. The entire process was great — I worked with a Sales guy(Nick) who did a great job explaining the overall process, breaking down the pricing, and had tremendous patience for my wife and I(who went back on forth on what type/color/slab, etc. He even helped us along on deciding what went along with our cabinets. They provide a template layout on the slab, any allowed me to make a minor tweak to the layout based on the color/grain of the slab we picked. The template guy & installers did a great job — showed up when scheduled, were very courteous, answered my questions, etc. I ended up doing the demo of existing counters and plumbing connection myself, since I’m a pretty handy guy, and they worked with me on that as well. Our sink was a custom order sink we supplied to them, and they did a great job with the cut out and install of a VERY deep and large sink. Overall the slab looks AMAZING, the install is clean, and the process was simple. Very glad we picked Aphrodite over some of the larger shops.

These guys are great. We needed tops for twin vanities in our master bath. The owner, Tony, was wonderful during the bid process and Jeremiah and his wingman are really going the extra mile. There’s been a few unforeseen issues on our end and they’ve taken care of everything above and beyond. They’re not the cheapest specialist, but you get what you pay for. The quality of their product and installation is so worth it.

OH. MY. GOODNESS! My husband and I recently used Aphrodite Granite to install a double granite counter on our kitchen island, and we were blown away by the service and product. It was such a pleasure dealing with Nick, our sales person, who was not only knowledgeable and accommodating, but he felt more like a friend than a salesman, possessing a warmth and honesty that totally put us at ease. The installers, Cory and Jeremy, were just as warm and friendly, leading us to believe that Aphrodite sure knows how to hire employees. I plan to recommend Aphrodite, and Nick particularly, to all of my friends and relatives because we LOVE our new counter!

The granite, pricing, and install for the kitchen were right on. My husband and I decided in the middle of the project to use our leftover slab remnant to do our bath vanities. From there, it went downhill. Trying to get ahold of Tom, the salesman was painful. A week or more would go by between emails and texts. We were told our remnant may have been sold… someone would look. Then no return call or communication. The kitchen job was finished and done reasonably well(although they left a large black shim under a base cabinet which is quite visible and permanent, it seems. It’s so tight we can’t remove it). We then started getting calls from their accountant wanting to be paid for the job. We said we’d pay when the job was complete. No response. A couple of phone calls with Tom arguing over the price they were quoting. We got more run around. I finally paid for the job after talking to the accountant who assured me the bathroom would get done. That’s the last I heard from her and Tom. So we’ve given up. Decent granite job– poor excuse for company operation. I would AVOID.

When I first visited Aphrodite, I was impressed by Tony(who I believe is the owner) and his knowledge of granite. He seemed friendly and professional and I really didn’t look at many other places before deciding to use his company. My first impression could not have been more wrong. Part of the issue is that he went on vacation the week we were hoping to have the granite installed, so we were directed to another salesperson, who was impossible to get in touch with. He would consistently forget to return our phone calls. It’s funny when you’re spending the amount of money granite costs to feel like you’re chasing down the granite Company — «Please! Take my business!» After the installation was done, I wasn’t too pleased with the seam in our countertop. It was rough, looked sloppy, and worst of all when facing the countertop, you could see that the two pieces of granite were uneven. I politely sent a message to Tony indicating that #1 — I wasn’t too pleased with the seam and #2 — that his sales person was difficult to get in touch with. My thoughts were that if I owned a business, I’d want to know this about my people. He fired back one of the most unprofessional emails I have ever received saying«FYI not organized cuz u didn’t speak w me u spoke w a different sales person. This happened cuz I was on vacation and no one called me to say u wanted to go with this project…» I’m sorry your office doesn’t communicate well. Why is that my fault? In my opinion, no business owner should include«cuz» in their communications with customers. He eventually did come out to fix the seam, agreeing that it wasn’t the best work. This of course was after he said he’d be there at 8:30 am and then emailed at 8:25 to ask if he could be there around 9 instead(must have wanted to snooze a little longer while I waited around at home instead of being able to head to my job for the day). I’m mostly happy with the countertops now, but would never recommend this Company to anyone.
