They started strong this spring; showed a lot of promise and then went downhill rapidly. They had my 2015 landscaping business but won’t be invited back in 2016 for a number of reasons. Here are the low points: — Several times over the course of the summer I had to call/email/text because I had the tallest grass on my block. At least twice it grew tall enough to form seed. — They always managed to bill me for every mowing programmed even if they didn’t manage to keep my lawn looking right. I probably should have kept my own record of when they mowed to compare with their bills but who wants to have to do that? — Before signing the 2015 contract I asked very clearly to receive just one bill per month to make record keeping easier. They promised that would happen… except it didn’t. For some reason they are unable to manage to invoice all services performed during a time period on a single invoice. Annoying. — They dumped a pile of fertilizer on my lawn(so much that it’s visible in the picture I posted) and left it. There was so much that it scorched a patch of grass(approximately 2 – 3 square meters) in the most visible part of my yard. They promised to fix the burned patch back in October. It’s December now and no sign of anything being done this year. Whoever I hire next year will get to provide some sod also. I’m washing my hands of these guys.
