Shaun M. is where it’s at! Would’ve never known my furnace needed cleaning if it weren’t for him. He came out to replace my faulty humidifier (who knows how long its been broken, last time a tech came out he didn’t mention it!) Also Shaun let me know about the service plan, which I signed up for to get 2 service visits per year. He was extremely helpful and I’m thankful it was he who came out!

Jarod N is amazing. He came to look at our Viking oven that seems to be a different temperature than the dial is set at — he gave me all sorts of useful information, like the oven takes at least 25 minutes to heat up and the pre-​heat light cycles on and off but doesn’t mean it’s at the right temperature (news to me!) He was thorough and figured out the issue with the oven quickly. He was super nice and answered all my silly questions without making me feel dumb. We will certainly be enlisting his services for any repair needs that arise in the future. Highly recommended.

Jarod N has helped me several times with my temperamental Thermador oven. This time he fixed the microwave by identifying a loose switch saving me a potential costly replacement of parts or the whole unit. While he was here I pointed out that the oven display was dim and low and behold he had the part on his truck giving me a two for one fix! Jarod quickly fixed both problems… in and out in less than an hour! I wish all service calls were this painless! Thanks Jarod for the top notch service!

Chesterfield Service just replaced our furnace and they were very professional and cost efficient. Andy K was our salesman and although his pants were smaller than any grown man should wear in public he was very helpful and I would recommend them for your AC/​Heating needs.

I’ve used Chesterfield Service for my maintenance needs for about 2 years now. The folks who installed my new system gave me a fair deal and did a good job on the install, but they didn’t follow up on the ongoing service. I know some people like to save money these days by avoiding service contracts, but it’s crazy to spend thousands of dollars on HVAC equipment and not have it regularly maintained. It’s like buying a car and not changing the oil.
Their office is very organized, and whenever you call or email them, they respond promptly and cheerfully. Their service folks almost always arrive on time, and on the rare occasions when there is a hitch, the office calls you with updates. They are always clean and polite, and put on disposable booties to avoid soiling your carpet or floors. They are always up front about explaining the covered work they did, and do not put any pressure on you when it comes to recommended work that is not covered by the service contract. I always feel comfortable when they are in my home.
I recently needed a warranty repair to my system, and they handled it in a completely professional manner. All I had to do was sign on the dotted line. I didn’t have to pay a dime.
They also install my air filters for me when they visit, for a reasonable fee. I have a busy life, and I always forget to buy and install new ones.
I always feel like I’m getting a fair deal, and when I have referred them to family members, I always get good feedback.
