This is no longer Barnetts hallmark it’s counts hallmark now which is a shame. I tried to make an even exchange with the receipt and the ladies who where all very rude said no because I had used a hallmark rewards for 5.00 to purchase the item. I asked the lady so if I came in with no receipt you have exchanged it she stood there with a blank face then said yes. I will never shop there again.

What happened here?
This used to be a great Hallmark with a big selection. Now, all the items are spread out and it’s really empty. Hardly anything here except for the cards and half of a store with a few odds and ends, collectables, etc. Such a shame, I can’t see myself coming back next time I visit my parents.
