We were referred to Demko Orthodontics before our first son had lost all his baby teeth yet. At that time, Jackie and her staff determined that it would be helpful to my son to extract some teeth to adjust the way his teeth were growing in to his mouth. They explained to my wife and me that it would help our son in the long-​run and would reduce the cost of braces when that day would eventually come.
The entire staff at Demko has been great to deal with. Although my son — 15 now — would have preferred he not need braces, that had nothing to do with Jackie and her staff. He’s going to get his braces off and move on to a retainer for a while within the next month. Just about the same time my younger son — 12 now — will get his own braces.
It has been a great experience at Demko for our entire family. Even the A/​R department has been understanding and accommodating… and that’s not ordinary these days.
