This place completely ruined a pair of my slacks. I wear and then I dry clean, then I wear again… I’ve never laundered or cleaned these on my own. These had holes all the way through the back sides where they were pressed, completely fraying the material. Nothing was said when I picked them up– but I noticed the next day. I took them in and politely told them that I think they may have damaged my pants. They were quick to completely deny the fact, I explained they have been the only people to launder these and they definitely were not like this when I brought them in. They said ‘sorry sir, you are wrong’. No other explanation, apology, offer– just that it’s magically my fault, even though they are the only ones who have laundered these– ever. The marks were definitely machine made and had to have been related to something with the press. They had no care in the world, so I threw them away in their bin next to the register(keep in mind, these were only worn twice). I will never use this place again… They did press my shirts fine and I think my other pair of slacks may be ok– but 1 star for customer service. You can’t get anywhere treating customers like that.

As far as I’m concerned my clothes come back in great shape. Always properly hung and nicely pressed. They don’t box shirts if you need that done for travel. One complain I have w/every dry cleaner is the lack of the amount of starch used. They are as good as anyone but I like my shirts to stand, more or less on their own, a bit of an exaggeration but both pants and shirts are never as firm as I’d like, anywhere anymore. They do, as I said as good a job as anyone. You will like it. They are a busy business, yet polite. Quick service. Excellent work.
