I go here a lot. My sons drag me here a lot. This place reinforces to me why I love ordering stuff on-​line. We went and within 5 minutes the kids had what they wanted: some CO2, some green gas, some patches, a type of small bag, and gloves. Then we waited forever to check out. About every other item had to be looked up because the system did not have the information on line. The guy working the cash register seemed to know what he was doing, but the whole technology system he was using was a train wreck. Literally we spent 3x time waiting to check out than finding what we wanted. The management of this place should seriously watch the workflow on this thing. I will avoid going there in person as much as possible from here on out. And, once I start ordering on-​line I’ll start deciding who to use by price point. I typically go local, but won’t in this regards again.
