Just wanted to buy a tv and the salesman was typical thinks he knows it all type and wanted me to get what he liked. wanting to up sell at any moment even after he was told what I wanted and what I had to spend. Should have been way easier to hand someone over a $ 1k. Ended up leaving and going to best buy and getting same tv at same price. Agree with post from two months ago.

Very unimpressed with this store. They are a high pressure sales. The sales person had to get approval from his manager to honor a price in their own ad! He spoke disparagingly about the manager to me while we waited for him to get off the phone. They do not have knowledge about the products they sell and I was shown the wrong merchandise when I asked to see items in their own add. The sales people are rude with each other in front of customers and to top it off the manager was making inappropriate jokes in front of me rather than answer questions I had. I definitely felt like their ads are bait to get you in the store and then they try to switch you to more expensive merchandise. I will never go back into this store, shopping there is a nightmare. I found the items I needed and saved over $ 300 at a competitor across the street. I intend to contact their corporate office to share my experience.

Never shop here. Managers are not up front with store policies. Ask before you even think about buying. 4 phone calls, 3 emails and 3 hours later I’m told to bring the TV in the next day and they MIGHT be able to do something? Um, no. Thanks. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.
