This urgent care is terrible. You will wait for hours.

Wow! Just wow!
I walked in expecting to wait a while (urgent cares are notorious for their long waits), but I was pleasantly surprised. They took me to the room within 5 minutes of arrival. The doctor came in 10 minutes later, which was only about 2 minutes after my vitals and medical history were taken. The doc listened to me thoughtfully, did a thorough examination, made her diagnosis and prescribed antibiotics and an anti-​inflammatory. 10 minutes later, I was walking out the door with my paperwork. The whole visit was under 40 minutes. I could not believe it.
From the triage nurse to the medical assistant, the doctor and the discharge nurse, I am extremely impressed with the kindness with which I was treated and the respect they all had for my time and my comfort. What a great experience, despite how crummy I was feeling. And they sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy via e-​mail, so they were ready and waiting for me to pick them up.

Went to urgent care at Henry Ford in chesterfield. Showed up as soon as they opened. Waited for two hours to be seen. Highly recommend bringing a fully charged tablet with movies or a good book to read.
Very friendly staff and worked quickly to understand my issues once I was seen.
