Will never return to this store again! Bought a necklace and brought it back to exchange for the exact same because the other necklace was twisted. The lady was very ignorant about it and told me why I am twisting it. I also brought my 6 year old daughter with me and the lady kept telling her to not touch, just look. She was not doing anything wrong just touching the item to look at it. The lady kept walking to keep an eye on her to make sure she does not mess or take anything. Bad customer service the workers makes you feel uncomfortable and will not buy their crappy cheap jewelry! Might as well stick to charming charlie to buy custom jewelry where the people are nicer and wont watch you like a hawk!
