This place is fantastic for a small jeweler. I don’t know much about them or their selection/​price but I do know about their customer service. It is a family run business comprising of a husband and wife. My new fiancé went there to get my engagement ring and had no idea on what size to get. He brought in a few rings I had (and never wore). The jeweler helped him guess a size by talking to him. While it was a tad larger than I needed it was definitely in the right direction for the correct size. We went back on the weekend to see about resizing it and what options there were for larger knuckles/​hands ect. They were so friendly! He sized me and checked out the ring. He told us it would be about 45 minutes and we could go grab some food and come back and get the ring back which is what we did. Since I never wear rings (like EVER!) I have literally no idea how they should feel on the finger. He did a good job of explaining how tight it «should» be and how the proper fit would prevent it from spinning. After we got it resized smaller to fit better he said to wear it for a while and if I don’t like the size just to come back and we can figure something out (since he said just because I’m a size 5 it doesn’t mean that all rings fit the same — I guess kind of like women’s clothes?).
The store is very small — so if you’re looking for a HUGE diamond or massive selection then this probably isn’t the place to go. If you want a decent price and fabulous customer service this is the place to go! Since I’ve personally only had one interaction with them I can’t give them a 5 just yet — but, they are definitely very good!
Ps, they have this cute dog that looks like an old Golden Retriever that just roams in the back quietly. super precious. :)
