Phoenix Nail Spa

I came for a pedicure and it honesty felt rushed and definitely not worth the pricing. I only stopped by because it is near my home and I wouldn’t make it to my usual place, but I have surely learned my lesson. I will stick to my usual place where I am greeted every time, and where customer service actually exists. Don’t come here if you want a ½ ass pedicure and if you want to be ignored and overcharged.

In addition to lovely nails, I seek inviting customer service and sanitation when visiting a nail salon. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any of these here. I was simply told to have a seat at a table. The nail tech barely spoke before sitting down to start my nails. For the majority of the time, she didn’t say anything to me.
I noticed that she was changing the shape of my nails and she seemed in a hurry while filing. Had I not said something, she would’ve left my nails wide and square. The artificial replacements looked nothing like my natural nails so I had to ask her to reshape them three times. Beyond that, she painted 6 or 7 coats of gel on my nails causing my natural nails to look unnatural.
The worst part about my experience was the dirty wet towel on the table where she performed my service. When part of my hand touched it, I told her the towel was very wet. Instead of her replacing the towel with a dry clean one, she moved the towel and left the table bare. Every salon should put safety first. I wondered how many nails had been filed, drilled, cut, and sprayed with chemicals on that towel before mine. A new towel should be placed on the table after each customer.
I left without getting my nails polished because I was so displeased. Some of my nails are rounded and others are squared. A couple of them have dents because the gel wasn’t smoothed properly. I won’t be returning to this salon.

So I have had acrylic nails for a long time and it’s always a struggle to get someone who knows what they are doing. Every Time I have ever gone in to get a fill in, the results have been beautiful. They have a wide selection of colors and get the job done surprisingly fast for the quality of the nails.

Love this nail salon. Linda is the best. Their selection of shellac colors is amazing — over 175 to chose from. You rarely need an appointment. I highly recommend Phoenix nails.
